One month body blitz starting tomorrow

Anyone care to join me?

I'm starting tomorrow, giving myself a month, to try and sort myself out. One month doesn't sound too daunting!

I have at least two stone to lose, which will obviously take time, I'm not expecting a miracle in one month.

Also, the fatter I get the more I have let myself go so I intend to start using all the beauty products currently gathering dust, and take more care of my appearance.

I know that with a bit of effort, I can make positive visible changes. I really don't like what I see in the mirror right now.

I will post my starting weight in the morning and will make Monday my weekly weigh day.

Yes please! Have ordered a vlcd diet plan to kick start for two weeks. Got to do something. Just been on the exercise bike for the first time in ages.

Put on a lot of weight - I daren't weigh myself - since I started anti anxiety meds. Mind you I was so ill before I couldn't eat half the time so I am much happier....but now I am feeling stable again I need to take control of this flab.

I'm in too. I have about two stone to lose in total, but initially just need to sort out my shocking eating habits as I think that will help me shift some pounds quite quickly - sugary carbs are currently a significant food group on my daily menu and that needs to change ASAP. 😳

I have tried exante before but this one seems to have a bit more of a range, though it's pricier. I haven't received it yet but will let you know what it's like! Intending to transition to fast 800 or blood sugar diet after. Low carb is definitely what I need longer term.

I also put on a ton of weight after starting anxiety meds. I want to get back into my pretty clothes!
My feet are in a shocking state and my skin is awful.

I did paint my nails a few days ago which makes me happy every time I look at them.
I've also bought an ipl machine to try and tackle my legs.
Im always far too tired and in a rush to ever shave them.

@CriminallyCharmed leg shaving is on my list to do. I've gone from shaving most days to letting the hair grow completely back. I miss smooth moisturised legs.

Also have down to lose 2 stone, I'll weigh first thing in the morning, and then im going to write down my goals for the day.
I find the mornings & evenings ok as that's when im busiest, it's the afternoons I struggle with!

It feels so relentless to me. You shave them in the morning and by the next they're already stubbly again!

This is the thread for me! I need to lose a couple of stone but every lb lost would make a difference.
I've reached the point where I'm so fed up that nothing works that I'm going to go hardcore now and do one meal a day for a week starting tomorrow.
Beauty treatments to improve my appearance sounds good.
Books to improve my mind would help too! (Aka stop wasting time on the phone)

I'd like to join too, going on holiday in 30days. I'm ashamed to say I've an unopened box from The New You Plan sitting in my hall for weeks now. Never done anything like it before but think it will give me a good kick start. Keep finding excuses not to start it as had a few social things on but this is it, I'll start it tomorrow!

I need to get a grip of my life! Lockdown broke any routine I had, and I’m still wfh and it’s made me really sedentary. I need to lose quite a bit, not really bothered about weight but I want to:

stop mid week snacking except fruit and oat cakes
gym 3x a week
up my water intake

Me too please. 6 weeks til holiday & I'm about 2 stone overweight & a wobbly mess!! Despite doing lots of exercise, I eat far too much crap so it makes no difference. I'll weigh in morning but also measure as find that's quite motivational & really want to get my tummy down. Plan to cut portion size, no carbs in evening, cut all the cappuccinos & mindless eating between meals - sounds so easy!!!

I'm in! I've got a stubborn half stone to get rid of, but all that is happening at the moment is that I am losing and gaining the same 2lb.

I like the idea of taking care of our whole selves and not just focussing on weight. I'm going to paint my nails this evening now 🥰

I'll join! The new students arrive in September and by then I want to be able to fit into my pre-Covid clothes rather than the "at least it fits" compromised gear I've been sporting since January. I've got to lose 20lbs.
