One month body blitz starting tomorrow

Anyone care to join me?

I'm starting tomorrow, giving myself a month, to try and sort myself out. One month doesn't sound too daunting!

I have at least two stone to lose, which will obviously take time, I'm not expecting a miracle in one month.

Also, the fatter I get the more I have let myself go so I intend to start using all the beauty products currently gathering dust, and take more care of my appearance.

I know that with a bit of effort, I can make positive visible changes. I really don't like what I see in the mirror right now.

I will post my starting weight in the morning and will make Monday my weekly weigh day.

I'm 11.7 today down from 11.10. It seems like a very slow loss but I have started a new running regime which may account for a temporary weight gain - the lowest I have seen on the scales is 11.5, that was a couple of days ago.

75.2kg this morning. Need to get back on my bike once the weather settles!

1.4kg is better than nothing. Still weeks of July left and I'm carrying on until my holiday on 7 August if anyone wants to hang around

The weight comes off much more slowly than it went on.
Have been eating less meat and I think that helps.
I have a big birthday coming up at the beginning of August so will keep at it til then at least.

Your muscles hold water after exercise. Only weigh yourself once a week same day and time. You're only torturing yourself or giving yourself licence to deviate from your eating plan because 1. you've either smashed it so can eat x, y, z you not supposed to have or 2. you've blown it so may as well eat anything you like or 3 you get hooked on undereating to accelerate weight loss.

Since I weighed yesterday morning I haven't eaten one proper meal and have also eaten my own body weight in ice cream (I'm blaming the weather) hope to get back on track once it cools down again

I've fit into some shorts I bought last year but couldn't wear on holiday because I'd put on weight. The heat has made cutting calories a bit more easier as my appetite has decreased.

I started on 20th June weighing 11 stones. I now weigh 10 stones 9, which is not as big a loss as hoped for but I'm happy for any loss. This does include eating more ice cream than I usually would due to hot weather, along with other odd temperature driven food choices 🙃
I am pleased that over the past month I have become more body conscious- in a good way - than I have been for a while.

75.4kg so stable. Totally fallen off the wagon this week. No MFP, too much wine, too hot so less activity. Food not really an issue.

75.2kg this morning. Might actually make 74.? before I go on holiday on Sunday. Very slow but tbf I haven't made a huge effort and less is less.
How did everyone else do? It's all gone a bit quiet

My weight was really up and down for July! Loss of 0.8 pounds this week.

SW: 15 stone 2.4
CW: 12 stone 8.8
August GW: 12 stone 0

I know July is over and the month for the thread is gone, but I was 74.7kg this morning 😁😁😁😁 so thats almost 2kg in a month.
