One month body blitz starting tomorrow

Anyone care to join me?

I'm starting tomorrow, giving myself a month, to try and sort myself out. One month doesn't sound too daunting!

I have at least two stone to lose, which will obviously take time, I'm not expecting a miracle in one month.

Also, the fatter I get the more I have let myself go so I intend to start using all the beauty products currently gathering dust, and take more care of my appearance.

I know that with a bit of effort, I can make positive visible changes. I really don't like what I see in the mirror right now.

I will post my starting weight in the morning and will make Monday my weekly weigh day.

So last week or ten days has been a disaster. I’ve had a bug that’s made me feel really rubbish so no gym for me. On the plus side I think I’ve eaten less as a bit of appetite loss but it’s not been particularly healthy, craving carbs. So let’s try again…

Stayed in my calories today, 9k steps - always aim for at least 7k but ideally like to be over 10k

Hoping for a decent loss next week 🤞

Week 2 weigh in - 4lb off, so that's a stone in a fortnight :) Delighted with that.

I have had weddings and plans every weekend since starting 3 weeks ago so no weight loss here.

someone tell me what exercise I could do right now at home to feel like I’m making progress please?

DH and I are away Sat night so Im all fake tanned and moisturised. I had my brows and lashes done last Friday so the self care is going well.

The food is OK, the exercise not great and I'm having a glass of wine while watching Northern Ireland women get hammered (but they have literally just scored)

Hi everyone now weigh 10 stone 10 pounds and a 1/4, which I think is 4 ounces. Not as good as I'd hoped and have been lower during the week but ate cake and ice cream and went to a bbq over the weekend.
Did less walking over the weekend because of the heat.
However I did have my hair cut at the hairdressers (rather than getting DH to cut it) on Saturday.
Hoping for a better week. Keep going everyone.

Lost a 1lb this week, but this morning the scales are up 2lb! So annoying but I'm behaving on track so putting it down to water retention due to the heatwave. Hopefully I'll see a shift next week.

11.5 starting, 11.2 this week, 11.4 today. Grrr.

-0.8 pounds this week, taking me to 12 stone 7.4 I'm blaming the hot weather and ice creams 😂

Not even contemplating scales today. Waaaaay to much food and booze over the weekend. Might be brave enough tomorrow 🙈

I’m going to try a new tack this week - going to have meal replacement shakes breakfast and lunch then a healthy tea - I’ve got 3 weeks until a week in Spain and would like a boost before I go.
also walking every day

I'm not weighing myself today either😂Started running again and think that's giving me an artificially high reading on the scale. Going to weigh myself later in the week and see what the score is.

I weighed myself this morning. I'm 10 stone 6. So I've lost four pounds since 20 June.

Slow progress but any progress is good I suppose.

75.4kg so not bad considering. The booze and crap food bloat has gone thankfully.

Had a busy week at work and it's been hot, so not much exercise but plodding on

Very tail end of flu now. Back to 70.4, where I started as have barely exercised. I'm starting again tomorrow. Still two weeks left in July :)

Weighed this morning at 10.9 and 3/8. Started at 11 stone.
What I eat has generally been okay, exercise (walking) has been less than planned for though due to heat.
Have also eaten more ice cream 🍦 than I should have
Am pleased with the loss though.
