Starting April in a good way, down 2lb, think my SOD might be doing an April fool on me. Very very happy to see 163, it's been 3 months since I last saw it.
Glad you had a great holiday gen, lovely great month to get started with

Gensola · 01/04/2022 10:16

Thanks not
I’ve signed up for two additional months with PT. Want to be 55kg /122 pounds for my 37th birthday in June. I was 59 /130 pounds before my back to back trips but suspect I’ll have put on.

Not2bObvious · 01/04/2022 12:39

I'd give it a few days of normal eating before braving the scales gen, I don't it'll be a true representation of where you are with carb bloat etc. Glad you're happy with the PT, that's very positive
Nearly 40 min of body-pump, going to get a walk done too. Sunny but cold

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/04/2022 17:52

Thanks not. Reset restart tomorrow, 15 days to holiday

Mrsmadevans · 01/04/2022 21:55

Life you and me too , just eaten ice cream Hmm
Have a lovely weekend everyone and Not thank you for the new thread lovely Smile

Not2bObvious · 01/04/2022 22:31

Thanks mrs, I can't remember the last time I lost 2lb, over the moon!
No ice-cream here but other junky bits - wouldn't be a Friday without some snacks. Over 16,000 steps so all good

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 02/04/2022 06:48

2lb is brilliant

Not to bad on asod today

Gensola · 02/04/2022 10:38

2lb is fab, well done!

I could see this party far enough away, just want to be home now in my own bed and house and not living out of a suitcase. AF came so by the time I’m home and weigh on Mon or Tues hopefully the bloat will have passed.
Planning a quiet week with DH, need to just chill and regroup.

Not2bObvious · 02/04/2022 13:52

Thanks all, I'm still thrilled, thought the .2 off on Wednesday was a heads up for a very slight loss week like my first week of sticking to everything.
Got a 45 min walk done this morning, I do need more to tick the steps box. Last week I stuck to my average cals (1710) & steps (12,500) so not too tough.

Mrsmadevans · 02/04/2022 14:35

Been ok here so far , beautiful sunny day l love it although it is freezing ! [smle]
Have a lovely day everyone Smile

Not2bObvious · 03/04/2022 14:32

Weather was meant to be rubbish here but is actually lovely! Got a near 10,000 step walk done with a mini magnum as my reward. Off out for a while to visit family, then homemade curry later. Not long to the hols and staying on track fairly ok. BMI check in 4 days so eyes on the prize. Not 100% sure if the last time they allowed something for clothes, this time I'll be wearing the lightest of everything😂

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/04/2022 18:05

Only 6k steps today but been on my feet all day doing the food for stables

Mrsmadevans · 03/04/2022 21:13

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/04/2022 06:39

133.5 will do aerobics in a bit and squeeze in a pump

Mrsmadevans · 04/04/2022 07:32

Morning everyone 😀
Life 133.5 is excellent 👏🤗
Got a busy day today have a lovely day everyone 😊

Gensola · 04/04/2022 09:10

Ive gained 2lb (not did you send them to me?! 🤣) so at 132lb which after a week of solid croissant, wine and cheese I think is bloody lucky! 11lb to lose now - hoping to do this by June then maintain til wedding.
Ive been watching Repair Shop on BBC I player - so addictive. We are off to pick up DCat from the Cat Boarding School he’s been in, then I’ve a spin and body pump back to back.

Not2bObvious · 04/04/2022 12:00

You can send them back week after next gen😉
What I wouldn't do to only gain 2lb after a holiday, well clearly I won't avoid overeating and excess drinking😂 That would probably help! That's excellent though, you'll see shot of that by next week.
Did a different LM this morning called Grit. About as nice as it sounds, so not nice all all, pretty darn tough. I couldn't do all the moves without hurting my back but I managed a fair bit. No steps as stuck in the office

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 05/04/2022 06:44

Oooh yes grit . Nope thanks
Up today but a perfect day foe me yesterday
Office today but lots of neat

Not2bObvious · 05/04/2022 10:46

Grit is making me grunt this morning! Bit achey around the shoulders, obviously worked me differently to the body-pump. Managed an hours walk with my bestie yesterday evening which was so nice, can't do it very often due to distance so a real treat. Finished the day a bit over 11,000. Cals on the lower side so clawing back weekend overspend. Did a quick scale check, and have spent the last 2 hours talking myself down. I'm so prone to water retention it's criminal. Anywho, working towards being a twig for my BMI check Thursday afternoon.

Not2bObvious · 06/04/2022 08:11

Back to Fridays weight on my midweek check in- saw a 162.4 for a second but it went as quick as it came. Unlikely to see much of a loss between now & Friday since I've lost 3 over the last two weeks which is enough of a shock for my body.
I'm meant to do a body pump this morning but have to go to the office. Maybe do it later today or tomorrow morning. I'm slightly loathe to risk any injury this close to the hols, maybe I'll just stick to walking

OP posts:
Gensola · 06/04/2022 09:08

not walking is great exercise! I have a leg focused strength workout planned plus a country walk with DH. It’s grey and cold here, really wish spring would bloody come!
Official weigh in with PT - 130.9 so getting back to my pre trip weight. Hopefully be back there by next week.
Dinner tonight is slightly random freezer fossil - vegetarian “Wellington” squares from Lidl Xmas range (square of puff pastry with cheese on as far as I can tell lol) with red cabbage, carrots and potatoes 😅

Not2bObvious · 06/04/2022 11:00

That is so good gen, your 132 was probably done first thing in the altogether and then 130.9 in gym gear (at least I hope😂) you are seriously smashing it. Walking is what's lost my few pound, so no argument from me on that score. My 1.5-2 hours of baby weights a week are for my longer term strength. And I think they're good for my mind too. Maybe when I lose a decent bit of weight they'll add polish to my shape but as I'm more round than anything now it's kind of a trusting the process situation

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 06/04/2022 16:05

Not been on for couple of days , busy with Mum , appts , Doctors and life admin🙄
Gen 2lbs is nothing well done you! 💐
Not you are doing brilliantly well done ! That Grit sounds awful 😱 butehat a lovely walk with your friend 😁
Life well done on perfect yesterday 👏👏👏
Am afraid l need to get my act together so we shall day no more 🙄
Weather is bad here today too raining, windy and cold 🌧️🌬️❄️
Barometers have dropped to rain and stormy hey ho🤗

Not2bObvious · 06/04/2022 17:45

It's bucketing down here, got a treadmill walk done so that's something. Apparently getting 7500 steps is good enough, after that you're into the realm of diminishing returns. And that's my story & I'm sticking to it 😉

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 06/04/2022 18:11

10000 steps and 10000 calories
Tired and stressed hey ho
