Hi everyone. New thread as promised. A little later than planned but I'm blaming celebrating too much last night.
I wish I could say it was a good start but I'm feeding my hangover today so looks like I'm going to start tomorrow.
Is everyone feeling motivated?

you can have light soft cheese (philidelphia) on a green day but NOT red

nappyaddict · 24/02/2008 22:56

poppy - with all the cheeses that is says you can have as a healthy extra. my book is old though so maybe you aren't allowed it anymore? can anyone clarify?

SWlurker · 25/02/2008 08:37

Hang on I always thought philly was a HEa on both choices?

sugarlumps · 25/02/2008 09:36

when they say soft cheese do they not been quark? thats cheesey isnt it? laughung cow is a healthy extra i think you can have 6 triangles, and dairylea light thats about the same but you would have to double check that.

congratulations AandMmsmum on your pregnancy! the first time i lost all my weight i found out i was regnant as soon as i got to target - but i used it as an excuse to eat as much as a i wanted! so hense piling on 4.5 stone or thereabouts! as long as you stick to the plan but add another i think its 2 hea's you should be ok!

been good this weekend and according to my scales have lost a couple of pound since thur, stopped taking the pain killers for my foot as they gave me severe indigestion and i was bloated all the time. not nice!
so 17lb down - 9lb to go! (1lb to club 10) whoop whoop!

sugarlumps · 25/02/2008 09:39

sorry i lied 11lb to go. DOH! I Thought that was to good to be true!!!

sugarlumps · 25/02/2008 09:47

ps - does anyone know the password this week? i'm lost without my mum at the meetings!

nappyaddict · 25/02/2008 11:35

no sugar lumps - quark is free so wouldn't be a healthy extra.

nappyaddict · 25/02/2008 12:01

has anyone tried the sin free rice pudding? what is it like?

for those that haven't the recipe is

1 cup of pudding rice, water, sweetner, 1 vanilla muller light, 1 toffee muller light.

boil pudding rice, water and sweetner until cooked, drain and add both yoghurts.

misdee · 25/02/2008 12:09

no not tried it. doesnt sound great tbh.

have sent dh to do the shopping this week, i hope he gets enough spuds to last me a week.

nappyaddict · 25/02/2008 12:10

poppy - just realised and it says cream cheese not soft cheese. could someone ask their consultant what sort of cream cheese you are allowed please?

SWlurker · 25/02/2008 12:29

AandMsmum · 26/02/2008 16:34

Hi SWlurker - you can't have phily light as an HEa on either red or green but you can have 85g as a HEb on green.

sugarlumps · 27/02/2008 07:45
