Had to start a new thread peeps as the old one was too long to accept any new messages. How's it going?
I'm sad to say after my positive note on starting the previous thread, I'm having a terrible time of things. I've really slipped. So, I need you to all shout at me and get me back on track. I don't mind what you say or how you say it. I can handle it.

I have my sister's kids for the weekend so it's not been too bad

Had 2 boiled eggs for brekkie & an apple.

Then a friend called in the afternoon & we opened a pack of jaffa cakes

Had beef chow mein for dinner [beef Heb]

I see dh has opened a bag of crisps now.. I wonder if I can stay away...

Sparkler, come on girl, we can do it!! How much have you off so far?? and how much do you think you'd like to lose?????

I had lost 11lb. Now that stupid, poxy, bloody 2lbs I've put on is going to make it even harder now.

LOL FF2. Don't worry about it. It's a flexi day!! I've been a very norty girl today. I've just had half a bottle of champagne with DH (it was DD2's birthday on Thursday and we've just had her birthday party today - a good reason to celebrate!) and then had two large glasses bailey's to finish the celebrations. Oh dear!

noo sparkler, see it as a challenge. i gained two pounds the other week and i was determined to shift them, so lost 3lb this week.

are you exercising at all? I go aqua fit once a week (but missed it this week, as dd2 had worms and i spenmt all of friday cleaning my home and washing bedding). i also try and walk as much as possible.

Oh Misdee I'm doing loads of exercise. I joined the local gym about a month ago and have been going at least 3/4 times a week. This consists of each visit at the gym x 2/3 of 1.5 hours and 1 hour of Total Tone class. So even though last week I'd eaten badly I was little fed up with the fact that the exercise hadn't even burnt it off.

I only started back to SW properly this week, then I went and ruined it a bit by having my birthday!
Still, back on track today and first weigh in tomorrow. I will just be hoping its not too bad as Christmas is getting closer!

and know if i can use low fat feta cheese as a healthy extra a?

I'm not a SW expert, but I just checked my book and the Feta is not listed as a HE. I did see that 28g edam is a HE and the sin value of it is 4.5 sins. The Feta is 3.5 sins for 28g so I would assume its okay to use as a HE. But, someone who is an expert with SW, may be able to tell you why this is not a good idea!

Isn't feta quite high in salt? If i'm thinking of the right one than that's why it won't be a HE.

I have just looked online at their list of HEa, there is loads of cheese but Feta is not listed there.

The PW this week is swimming btw. It was on the old thread so I thought I would add it here.

GRRR - was so fed up that I'd maintained last week, even though it was * week that I have just fallen off the wagon big time.

Help!

I used up at least 110 syns at the weekend!

If I have no syns for the rest of the week (til Thurs) think I can maintain? I'm tempted to drop off and do weight watchers just for the week to make sure I don't overdo the carbs - any advice?
