Morning all! Link to previous month is here:

The December thread - Lose 7lbs/3kg per month! http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/weightlosss_chat/4097783-The-December-thread-Lose-7lbs-3kg-per-month

All are welcome to join, there's a really good mix of diets and methods and everyone is really helpful and great at motivating each other. December was quiet but that's to be expected! I've gained a couple of pounds over the Christmas period so am starting at 16.4. Would love to be 15.10 by the end of January!

It will be a funny old month for me as I'm hopeful for my op date at some point in January so not really sure how I will go with weight loss but every pound I lose surely will make the operation easier so I'm gonna work really hard at it until I get the date through!

Have a lovely weekend!

A really bad month this month. I’ve not really been in the right place at all. Here’s to a better February (?)

Couldn't get to the doctors for my bloods as my walking is just too bad today. I can barely lift my feet. Just waiting for DH to ring and see if a GP can come out and see me. I have an awful awful feeling I'm going to end up in hospital again high is my hugest fear at the moment.

Do any of you lovely little fancy hosting the feb thread for me while I get better? Xx

@cricketmum84 I hope you can get a home visit and your GP can reassure you. Flowers

I've been rubbish this month but finally weighed and have lost a measly 0.2lbs. Tbh considering how much rubbish I have eaten, I'm quite pleased with it.

I'm rubbish at updating but have started a new thread for you at:

Feb thread

Sorry I got your name wrong @cricketmum84 - home-schooling and working and mumsnetting is too much for me! Grin
