I'm the fattest I have ever been and need to take drastic action for the sake of my health and sanity. I am 15st8 🤦‍♀️ was a stone lighter at nine months pregnant!!

Going to weigh in every Monday and hoping some of you lovely ladies will join me so we can keep each other motivated.

I'll join you @clpsmum

Fuckstickss · 27/12/2020 15:32

Me, I'm the fattest I've ever been too. She says while lying on the sofa eating leftover poppadoms.

artbringslight · 27/12/2020 15:41

Can I join please. I'm the fattest I have ever been Blush I need some accountability!

AThousandTimesYes · 27/12/2020 16:26

And me!

Weighed myself this morning and am ready to get my arse in gear. Plan on calorie counting and exercising when I can, also going to try hitting 10k steps.

Audreyseyebrows · 27/12/2020 16:38

Me! I’ve never been overweight before and it shocked me!
I’m in.

AlohaMolly · 27/12/2020 16:42

Also me. I’m a stone and a half heavier than when DS was born at 42 weeks and he is 4.5. I’m 4.5 stone heavier than when I fell pregnant.

I hate my body, I hate myself and I need accountability! I’m setting myself the goal of losing 4 stone in 2021... weighing in from tomorrow, as well as measuring with a tape measure. My actual meals are healthy, but I start snacking at 3pm and don’t stop. I think I’m going to meal plan and batch cook, and I’m going to do a weeks worth of dinners at a time, so next week I’ll have egg and beans on toast for dinner for the week, the week after home made chicken chow mein etc.

I also need to move more...

5’7 and 17.5 stone by the way Blush I’m only 33.

redmimi · 27/12/2020 16:42

I'm the exact same weight and also a stone heavier than I was at 9 months pregnant! I'm disgusted with myself so could do with some motivation.

summerstorms · 27/12/2020 16:46

I'm in! I want to lose 2.5lb a week till i hit 11 stone

whataballbag · 27/12/2020 16:55

I'm in!

Iwant2move · 27/12/2020 16:58

I’ll join in. Lockdown part one made me pile on the weight. I live in the middle of the country but the roads are too dangerous to walk or ride a bike on.
I’m in Wales, so in level/tier 4, can’t go anywhere so will be doing Figure 8 and IF.

GoldGreen · 27/12/2020 17:00

I’m in. Have gradually put on 2 stone over last 4 years (and I was overweight then). Lost 1 1/2 last year, but still need to lose 3 to be in a healthy bmi (24.999) And at least another stone to be in the middle. I’m 40 next year. My weight has yo-yoed since I was 13 and I want to get to a healthy weight, but also have a good relationship with food.

MsCrapola · 27/12/2020 17:00

I'm in!:)

Ismellphantoms · 27/12/2020 17:02

Gained 2 stone in lockdown.

qwerty45 · 27/12/2020 17:04

I can't get into my jeans anymore

happylittlevegemites · 27/12/2020 17:04

I really want to loose weight. 10kg would get me to an OK weight. Somehow I just can’t manage it.

AlohaMolly · 27/12/2020 17:04

at @Iwant2move I’m in Wales too, rural but can access lakes, forests, mountains etc from my doorstep so absolutely no excuse for me Sad

saintava · 27/12/2020 17:08

Can I join please. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I don't seem to be able to stop eating. I've joined WW online about a month ago but it's not much help when I don't log anything. I feel so depressed about it and then just eat more. It's like a vicious circle

saiditbetterthanme · 27/12/2020 17:15

I'll join you! Just had my second DS in October and I am eating everything in sight. I'm 14 stone. Not the heaviest I've ever been but I can feel it creeping back on. I've downloaded mfp and my mum got me a Fitbit that i need to work out how to use. Has anyone tried noom? I've been getting loads of ads for it on fb (think fb is trying to tell me something- thanks!!)

Daybydayagain · 27/12/2020 17:22

I’m in!

teaandtoast49 · 27/12/2020 17:23

I cannot stop eating and it's time to draw the line. I'm in, let's do this! Flowers

EspressoExpresso · 27/12/2020 17:24

I'm in! I currently have about 10 stone to lose, not quite at my fattest but not far off. The worst thing is, I've done it before. I lost 12 stone and have put almost all of it back on (mainly due to poor physical and mental health).

The difference this time round is I have a child now. Whilst this gives me a huge incentive, it also makes things so much more difficult!

Planning on starting 1st January.

Alarae · 27/12/2020 17:25

Its an age old cliche, but I am back on it from 1 Jan. I am a bridesmaid for a friend in June and I don't want to be the size I am now!

Frustratingly I worked so hard a few years ago to lose weight and was 'thin' for once in my life. Maintained a year then it slowly went back on and I'm probably at my biggest now.

I've done it before so I know I can do it again. I lost 3 stone in six months before while toning up (so ended up smaller body wise as opposed to if I did diet alone) so that's my baseline goal.

Due to starting higher im hoping to lose an extra 1/2 stone on top, which would put me at my wedding weight once again (albeit a stone heavier than my absolute lowest) Blush

Mummyoftwo91 · 27/12/2020 17:40

I'll join you!

Seanbhean · 27/12/2020 17:44

I'm in @clpsmum!

My plan is to start gently this week - daily walk, more water, less junk etc and then start in earnest the following week. I tried pilates before Christmas and found it great so I'm going to try that again.

I need to lose about 2 stone. I'm going to take it slowly and consistently this time!

Iwant2move · 27/12/2020 17:45

@AlohaMolly waves back. Took the bike to Prestatyn in lockdown one and they’d shut all the car parks and put the flood barriers up to prevent access to the Wales Coastal Path... sighs!
