I'm the fattest I have ever been and need to take drastic action for the sake of my health and sanity. I am 15st8 🤦‍♀️ was a stone lighter at nine months pregnant!!

Going to weigh in every Monday and hoping some of you lovely ladies will join me so we can keep each other motivated.

207 this morning. Down 3lbs. Cutting down on snacking and watching portion size. Need to get more exercise in my life, but this lockdown I have no energy and just want to sleep (apart from at night tho...)

So 7lb lost in the month of January, Infeel like I'm doing this at a more sustainable rate this time than I have before. Also 5km on the exercise bike in 1 go at the weekend my previous PB was 2.5 so I'm very happy with that.

bluebluezoo · 01/02/2021 10:06

Yes 7lbs for me too. Lost it all in the first 2 weeks but at least I maintained for the last two.

Have ordered a rowing machine which should be here next week as I’m doing no exercise at all. Annoying thing is I ordered one last year but cancelled as the gyms opened up again so I joined a gym instead, did six weeks then back into lockdown! Not been able to get hold of another one til now.

9lbs lost since Jan 4th for me. Stayed the same this week though which is a bit of a downer!

CheltenhamLady · 01/02/2021 13:14

Does anyone have any recommendations for good, accurate scales, please?

6 pounds off in January :) not a huge loss but hopefully I can keep up a similar pace this month.

HenslowesDiary · 05/02/2021 13:39

Hello all,

I've spent all of January eating less and moving more becsuse obviously that's all you need to do if you're fat.

I've walked a min of 10k step on all but 4 days of the month. Done 5 weeks of c25k. Had 1 takeaway. Eaten chocolate once. Have had zero crisps, cake, sweets or alcohol. Increased fruit & veg and drunk at least 1.5l of water a day.

Have lost 4.6lbs in a month. Not exactly falling off is it?

So I obviously need to eat less less and move more more because it's that simple.

Hi can I join?

I am the biggest I've ever been and really panicking about going out and seeing people 😢

I've had a quick read and sounds like you are all doing amazing! I've seen some say 6lb in a month isn't a lot, I'd be happy with that so don't put yourselves down that is amazing ❤️ x
