I'm the fattest I have ever been and need to take drastic action for the sake of my health and sanity. I am 15st8 🤦‍♀️ was a stone lighter at nine months pregnant!!

Going to weigh in every Monday and hoping some of you lovely ladies will join me so we can keep each other motivated.

Me too, I’ve lost a stone am very overweight & just had a week off.

sobsanta · 27/12/2020 17:51

I'm in. I, too, am the fattest I've ever been and I need to shift it. I bought some workout leggings and trainers in the ASOS sale and already have a yoga mat for home exercise. I'm ready to change my lifestyle.

Tamtam86 · 27/12/2020 17:53

I'm in! Still the same weight as I was when I got home from hospital with baby who turned one last week Hmm definitely ready to change that!!

julesover40 · 27/12/2020 18:00

Me please. Weight has slowly been creeping up over the last 3 years, but has piled on since first lockdown.
Got about 3 stone to lose. Went for a long brisk walk today and planning to do this everyday, but if I'm honest the healthier eating /alcohol free winter start till fri.
Might spur me on if I have to face up to it honestly x

Levirandal · 27/12/2020 18:04

Count me in. Weighed in today at 16’4 which is the biggest I’ve ever been. My knees hurt and I have children with Sen so really need to ensure I live as long as I can. I also feel tired, sluggish and disgusting so I really need to do something.

muddledmidget · 27/12/2020 18:06

I'm in, just before Xmas I weighted 12st7, and I'm assuming it's gone up since then. I need to lose 2st to get back to a healthy BMI so that's goal number 1, to start on 1st Jan! I have a treadmill at home for when the gym shuts so my plan is to exercise at least 3 times a week and eat much healthier. I'd love to lose the 2st by Easter, although losing weight has been my new years resolution every year for the last decade and I always end up heavier than previously

Melonlover80 · 27/12/2020 18:07

@Iwant2move

I’ll join in. Lockdown part one made me pile on the weight. I live in the middle of the country but the roads are too dangerous to walk or ride a bike on. I’m in Wales, so in level/tier 4, can’t go anywhere so will be doing Figure 8 and IF.
I’m in tier 4

If you can’t safely exercise or even go for a outside by walking out your front door, then absolutely within regulation to get in your car and drive somewhere that permits you to walk or exercise outside

Jellybean100 · 27/12/2020 18:09

I’ll join. Weighed today and am also the heaviest I’ve ever been. I also have developed a truly terrible relationship with food over lockdown so the change in diet is going to feel quite drastic to me

Bobbiepin · 27/12/2020 18:11

12st 7 as of this morning. I lost almost a stone and a half at the end of lockdown 1 but put on 7lbs starting a new job.

I want to lose 2.5 stone total but also increase strength. Limiting myself to 1500kcal a day and must exercise daily.

bluebluezoo · 27/12/2020 18:14

Me also. Got 3st to lose, gained over a stone due to lockdown.

Had got back on it and joined circuit classes before the nov lockdown and had got much fitter. Only for lockdown/tier 3 to mean the classes are cancelled and I’m shite at exercising on my own.

Issue is without quite serious exercise I need to eat around 600- 800 cals to lose weight. Which is tough. Need to do it thougg.

Bobbiepin · 27/12/2020 18:18

@bluebluezoo that's not enough calories for an adult. You'll end up binging because you're so hungry. Cut down calories but not so drastically and you'll lose weight slowly and consistently.

PeggyMoo · 27/12/2020 18:21

Me too - also fattest I’ve ever been and have 3 stone to lose!

Put it on as a result of pregnancy and lockdown but it has stayed on - last time I had a baby put a lot of weight on but lost it v gradually without doing anything. This time has started creeping up instead!

SquirtleSquad · 27/12/2020 18:23

15 stone 8 here too (or I was last week.. I hope I still am Grin)
I'll join and weigh every Monday.
I need to lose 1 stone have a much needed surgery 🤞🏻

SquirtleSquad · 27/12/2020 18:25

Should have added the surgery is not weight related at all just my BMI is too high for them to book me in Sad
And 1 stone is my minimum loss needed, I'd actually like to lose 3 stone 8 and be 12 stone again 🤞🏻

Hufflepuff21 · 27/12/2020 18:29

I'm in! I'm too scared to weigh myself but I'm currently wearing a size 18, which I never had before. Want to get back to pre-baby size 12!

MingeOnFire · 27/12/2020 18:35

I'm in. I'm extremely over weight and have about 6 stone to lose. I have a bad relationship with food, and a very sedentary job.

My mental and physical health are at a real low at the moment. Work has been very stressful recently which has led to me comfort eating and drinking. I have a 2.5 year old and I'm 2 stone heavier than I was after he was born Blush

boon · 27/12/2020 18:36

Im in too! Heaviest I've ever been. 😔

hedgehogger1 · 27/12/2020 18:38

Me too. Don't even know what I weigh. Will get on scales in the morning :(

SillyOldMummy · 27/12/2020 18:40

Glad I read this after I polished off the Xmas pudding . I'm with you.

istheresomethingwrongwithme · 27/12/2020 18:44

Hi, please can I join!

I'm nearly 2 and a half stone heavier since last Christmas Blush my weight has been up and down all year. I gained a stone or so at the beginning of the year then lost it all and got really fit during the first lockdown. Then it crept back on over the summer, stabilised a bit during autumn and since about November I've just been constantly eating.

I weighed 13stone 12.5lbs this morning. First goal is to get into the 12s. If I can get back to 12 stone that would be great.

sweetchristmastime · 27/12/2020 18:51

Me. I'm a big old porker. Will start calorie counting tomorrow. 1200 a day usually does it

bubblebubblebubbletrouble · 27/12/2020 18:57

Can I join pls. Still need to get through Christmas 2 (kids were with ex-h) but starting from 4th Jan & being vaguely sensible in between.
If I have to work & home-school I will need lots of encouragement!

Worsethingshappenatsea · 27/12/2020 19:10

Count me in too ! Need to lose 2.5 stone am heaviest ever been including when was 9 months pregnant ! Knees hurting and just feel so sluggish and uncomfortable all the time. Am living in leggings as all jeans too tight but don't want to go up to next size as feel will be a slippery slope Grin

lboogy · 27/12/2020 19:14

Me! I'm fatter now than after I gave birth!
I'm 83kg. Sigh. I'm motivated and ready to go.

Started exercising today but will start recording meals from tomorrow.

aprilshowers2015 · 27/12/2020 19:58

I would love to join! DD is 8m and I'm 14st 12. Before I fell pregnant I was 13st and wasn't particularly happy with that. My goal is 12st.
I'm only 5ft6 and always carried all my weight on my bottom half but it's crept up my body now! Throw in a pretty rubbish case of diastis recti and I don't recognise myself!
DD is BF with CMPA, Egg and soya allergies so I am struggling to follow any kind of diet.
Wishing us all the best!
