Up today. Pft

Not2bObvious · 21/04/2020 08:31

That’s a pain life, although probably just a bit of carb bloat if you were baking. Fell back asleep after waking just after 6, was lovely to get an extra doze. I’ll weigh in shortly

Down a bit

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/04/2020 10:59

Yes I'm a bit gutted but my own fault food wise. Also did some weights yesterday

Happierwithouthim · 21/04/2020 11:54

Sts this morning - back to tracking, cut out the barcodes to scan while I was at work because of no internet at home and even brought my sachet of blue dragon sauce for dinner with me to scan.

Felt very queasy and headachey last night so lay down for a few mins, woke up to dd telling me she had turned off all the lights downstairs so I wasn't to worry and ds was beside me, with no kylie sheet under him Shock I obviously fell asleep again because next time I woke she was in bed and I put him into his own bed, and he didn't wet mine Grin had lots of strange dreams throughout the night and woke many many times but seem to be ok again today.

Happierwithouthim · 21/04/2020 12:03

I'm not happy at being almost 12st on the scales, going to change battery but I'd say it's probably fine because it's not a crazy high or low weight.

life don't be too hard on yourself.

not those snoozes are the best aren't they?

Not2bObvious · 21/04/2020 14:20

Sounds like you’re weren’t too good happier, hope you’re feeling better now. Your daughter is a pet! I know how you feel about nudging towards that bastard 12 mark, been getting close to it far too many times these last few weeks. But you’ve got in check now, and a lot of it will be weekend weight from extra salt.
Weights after a break (or at all!) always reward us with a gain life, you’re doing good things for yourself, it’ll be gone soon. Anything else is just carb flux.

I thought with the massive amount of steps I was doing I was going to be ok but obviously not.
I've two family weddings next year plenty of time to get my body sorted Wink

Happierwithouthim · 21/04/2020 16:52

She's great! Must ask today how late she stayed up hopefully she didn't give all the details to her dad but more than likely she did.

They were safe, doors were locked no fires on! Two adults in the house neither of them caring for the dc Blush

Not2bObvious · 21/04/2020 17:57

I had thought the same with my steps - to be fair they probably helped limit the damage. Could have been worse for sure in my case, I was averaging well over 2400 many days the last few weeks. And who knew if I was 100% accurate on the tracking somedays. Having a 0% beer in the evening sun, but that’s 70’odd cals so onto the sugar free tonic water.

Hi all!
Weight today is firmly back at 11s11lb, so even though I would like to be way lighter, it is totm and I'm definitely not moving as much as not going out.
My food has been good for the last 3 days, so that is a bonus!

Happierwithouthim · 21/04/2020 18:02

Curvy hi!

Wolfcub · 21/04/2020 19:45

Thanks for the new thread Not2

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/04/2020 20:35

Does sound like a bit of a crash happier. Hope you are feeling better now.

I'm ok with it. I hate going back over 130lbs. Going to try and get min 10k steps as 15 seems insurmountable at the minute. Did a weights work out today to.
It's less than 1/2 stone it will come back off of I apply myself.
Story of my life, "if life applied herself she could achieve so much more..."Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/04/2020 07:03

Down marginally today

Not2bObvious · 22/04/2020 07:25

Down a smidge here as well. I reset my goal in Fitbit to 159, was sick of seeing double digits to goal. If I set it 5lbs at a time it might be more encouraging.
I know we’re all a bit frustrated about being a bit up or not losing what we’d like/deserve but at least we’re conscious. We’re not going to wake up 30lb heavier because we’re keeping it in check. So go us😉

Finding myself holding on for lunch on shopping days, by the time I get mine & my dads stuff. Pack it up drive it home, drop his off it’s nigh on 10.30-11am, have a shower & a coffee. Not worth eating breakfast before I go and too close to lunch when I get back. Kind of like an inadvertent 16:8

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 22/04/2020 11:49

Not, don't you get tempted walking around the store with an empty stomach?
I know I would!

Not2bObvious · 22/04/2020 15:00

I would in normal times for sure but trying to get in/out quickly kind of focuses the mind. Previous to these strange times, I’ve been found in the car savaging a bag of crisps/chocolate like an animal!

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 22/04/2020 16:51

Not, yes that is very true!

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/04/2020 19:01

1700 calories today, steps got. Too much sugar and carbs though. Missed protein and fiber

Not2bObvious · 22/04/2020 19:40

Good for you on the steps life, I’m nowhere near on macros. Barely even looked at them in ages.
Still 600 cals left (on 1800) Will be using some for a treat in a bit

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 22/04/2020 19:40

I managed until 11am today & then had two slices of seeded wholemeal toast with dairygold light
Leek & potato soup with brown scone (both homemade) for lunch
Meatballs in tomato sauce with pasta for dinner
Won't be hitting any macro goals today.

Short walk I'm starving so mightn't hit 10k for first time in ages

Wolfcub · 22/04/2020 19:47

I've eaten a Lindt bunny. It's been a rough week

I have also done Pilates

Pilates will not offset the bunny

Not2bObvious · 22/04/2020 20:53

Lindt bunnies eaten under extreme pressure are calorie free we decree! I hope it cheered you up wolf, sorry you’re having a tough time. I hope the Pilates helped too
