Divide it into weighed out portions that will fit calories.
Or eat it all now and be done. Possibly the former as I would hate to induce a hyper

WreckTangled · 21/06/2020 16:52

I took the tiffin to my parents house still ate four pieces but that's it now. Birthdays over with and a hot sunny week ahead. Dinner tonight is korma with cauliflower rice. Yum. I feel better after 9 hours sleep last night.

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/06/2020 18:09

I've not weight or tracked today as need to input passwords into new phone. Not the best but not a disaster. Weight was so high this morning though

ememem84 · 21/06/2020 18:48

I’m not even claiming today happened. Today didn’t happen.

On the plus side (alcohol aside) I ate a ton of seafood. Paella and a ton of crab from the
Fruit de mers. Oh god it was delicious. And the sangria. And the lovely cava.

Beautiful thing about late lunchtime drinking is that I’ll be hangover free by the morning. Wahoooo

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/06/2020 06:50

Well if I take today's weight in I've now put on half a stone in lock down. Sigh.

WreckTangled · 22/06/2020 08:00

My jeans are very tight. I definitely feel much better in myself when I'm eating better. Also need to drink more water.

Not2bObvious · 22/06/2020 08:02

Started thread 3 a little early as mightn’t be around the next few days, here’s the link

I am not feeling well today.

No idea why...?!?! Haha!! 🍷🍷🥂🥂🥃🥃🍸🍸🍹🍹

LaneBoy · 22/06/2020 10:52

Up over a pound this week. No exercise (flare up) and eating verrrry bad 😳🤦‍♀️ Oops

ememem84 · 22/06/2020 11:50

Back on the relatively healthy eating trend today.

Porridge and an apple so far.

1ltr of water down so far and two coffees.

Going to walk to the pet shop in a bit and get some cat litter. It’s not a massive walk (maybe 10-15 mins) and lugging the 10kg of litter back will do me good!

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 22/06/2020 12:58

Hi all, my food last week wasn't great, so have decided to draw a line and go from here.
Have also decided to only weigh once a week as I think its better for my head.

My breakfast today was mushrooms and tomatoes on toast and a coffee.
Lunch was a salad and a glass of squash.

Went for a walk/jog this morning too. I'm doing c25k, but not from the beginning as I've done that before and felt confident enough to start at week 4, which I completed last week.
So I did the first week 5 one today and it was alright, I will do the next two tomorrow and Wednesday. I know it says to leave a day inbetweener, but I'm trying to fit in exercise around school dropoffs and when I have to work.

Feeling ok about everything but I know I'm my own worst enemy and I can make excuse after excuse, I need to stop that!

Can relate to that. I broke a skirt yesterday. Couldn’t get it on. Sigh. Said to dh I might take it and get it extended a bit. His response “just lose the weight farty” (disclaimer he was joking about the fatty bit) but I make all the excuses then cry when I don’t “have time”

I’ve found that actually forcing myself to make time helps.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 22/06/2020 14:41

"I’ve found that actually forcing myself to make time helps."
Em, this 100%!
Just need to apply it!

ememem84 · 22/06/2020 15:28

Yep. I’m back on it tomorrow.

Alarm set for 530am and I’m off for a run.

And I’m off to a yoga class on Wednesday evening. On the beach! Wahooo.

So far today:

Left over paella and salad for lunch
A choc brownie for lunch pudding (Dm makes the bestest ones ever - bitter dark chocolate and made with aubergine to add extra squishy)
Some strawberries for afternoon snack

Two cups of green tea. And I’m about to hit the 2ltr mark with my water. Glowy skin here I come!

WreckTangled · 22/06/2020 15:37

So far today I've had cucumber, celery and some low carb pizza. Dinner is sausages and roasted cauliflower I think. Day off exercise today although tbf my exercise has mainly been yoga so more stretching than exercises.

WreckTangled · 22/06/2020 16:21

Actually I'm going to have salad and halloumi. Yum. Maybe just one sausage or veggie ones instead 🤔

Happierwithouthim · 22/06/2020 17:04

I lost 0.1lbs last week, but I wasn't feeling great, had only one decent dinner all week and my steps were down.

I'm thinking of going back running, I really enjoy it and my weight loss isn't going spectacularly well either way (it stagnating was reason I stopped running) so I might as well be doing exercise I enjoy, I live in a very hilly spot currently so I will be under pressure!

Today was a good day so far, I've 672 cals left for my dinner so should be good. Making turkey meatballs as the turkey mince absolutely has to be used today!

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/06/2020 17:32

Do what you enjoy happier then.
215 calories left so leaving today there. Currently on 11700 steps. Intended to do a fbw but work took over

WreckTangled · 22/06/2020 17:45

I didn't have any sausages and just had halloumi salad yum! Also just had two big strawberries that were so sweet they turned my mouth. Am closing the kitchen with a chocolate rice cake.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 22/06/2020 19:15

Dinner was spaghetti and "meatballs", added some peppers, onions and tomatoes to increase my veg intake for today.
Was really yummy.

Curvy what did they consist of?
Life not today though because it's. very wet but text my friend to go on wed eve

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 22/06/2020 19:43

Happier, they were in the frozen section, so I took a chance, they are pretty good.
Kind of meaty. And no soy. I don't have a problem with soy, but it was nice to see something without it.

I had a Camembert. A baked one.

So delicious.

WreckTangled · 22/06/2020 19:51

Curvy I love the burgers of those with tenderstem broccoli and mint yoghurt. So tasty.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 22/06/2020 19:57

Ooh Wreck, that sounds good. I haven't tried the burgers yet because they are always out of stock.
Will definitely have to try them!
