Dsis sent me on a two week plan, nothing in it that I wouldn't have thought of already but I'm going to implement it. She has launched an instagram page as a wellness coach.

10500 steps and a fbw. Stopped eating at 200 over. Want to gnaw my own arm off. Tummy full mouth is craving

215 under... have to see if I can make it until bed time now. Dinner was veg sausages, tenderstem broccoli roasted with feta and some mint yoghurt sauce with a sugar free jelly and chocolate rice cake for pudding (not together).

Spoke to dh earlier. Told him I’m not happy te my body weight. He’s suggested intermittent fasting.

I’m going to give it a go tomorrow. So no food until lunchtime. From about an hour ago.

I never eat breakfast. Have lunch around 12-12/30 then dinner 5:30/6 and that's it. It works for me and I don't find it hard. If I'm hungry before that I will wet but generally I'm fine with black coffee. I would eat dinner a bit later but a) we eat as a family every night and ds goes to bed at 7 and b) dh is starving when he gets home from work because he rarely stops to eat all day.
