I’m on day 4 of giving up chocolate and crisps. So far it’s going well. Lockdown is definitely helping, no nipping to the shop to get snacks or sandwiches. I’ve lost 1.3kg this first week. I’m cooking everyday and eating healthy food.

I’m hoping to continue after lockdown too. Must lose weight, my starting weight was 172.6kg. My goal weight is 90kg. Hopefully going to Disney once I’ve lost the weight, that’s my reward.

Anyone Want to join me? What’s your goal and is lock down helping you?

Breakfast: 1/2 a glass of juice - 50

Lunch: Wrap - 200
Pea and spinach dip - 50
Spinach - negligible
Banana - 100
Cake bar - 100

Snack 1: Courgette soup - 100

Snack 2: Red grapes - 100

Dinner: Egg cress mayo - 300
Lettuce - 50
Flatbread - 100
Raspberries - 50
Yoghurt - 50
Cake bar - 100

Total: 1350

Ooo dear. I haven't had a lot of exercise either. A decent dog walk but workout was only 15 mins. Apart from that I've been really lazy!

Glad to see you’re still at it Pickles! I am too but didn’t have a great week exercise wise this week. Will try extra hard from tomorrow.

This week I’ll hit two months of ‘dieting’ can’t believe I’ve lasted this long! It’s unheard of.

Weigh in day for me today - another 2 pounds off and it's the start of the month s can add it to my chart properly.

1/1/20 16 stone
1/2/20 15 stone 4 pounds
1/3/20 14 stone 7 pounds
1/4/20 13 stone 9 pounds
1/5/20 13 stone 3 pounds
1/6/20 12 stone 8 pounds

Only 10 pounds more to go and I'll have a healthy BMI having started as heavily obese!! I am starting to get a bit bored of it though so need to watch that, and maybe up my exercise as I've been lazy this week and I know if gives me more wiggle room!

Yesterday I ate:
B - black coffee x1 and tea with milk x1
L - Vegetable bake (disgusting) with salad (550)
D - chilli con carne with sweet potato (500)
S - chocolate (300)

I can’t believe how much you’ve lost since the start of this year Freezer Shock

I’ve just worked out I’ve lost 17lbs since 01/01/20 which seems pathetic in comparison!

Can’t believe it’s June. Can’t believe it!

I've 2lb off this morning - thankful after sts last week, although I fell off the wagon. I have drunk & eaten more than I should the last couple of days with the lovely weather but done my 10k steps every day & am happy to be mostly sticking to it.

At my size 8lb loss isn't much but I still fancy things are starting to look slightly better on me. May attempt a meal plan for this week after my late morning cuppa

I’ve put on like a kilo, just because I’ve been eating too much and I’ve not walked the dog myself. Been busy outside but oh well, get back on track.

Should be much more active the next few weeks as I’m moving into my new house, finally get the keys Friday after waiting two months to complete because of lockdown.

That's so exciting wombats! Have you much to buy or are you all organised?

Can I ask if anyone else is a born snacker? I'd probably eat more smaller 'meals' if I lived alone but do the general 3 as the others do. The problem is, much like I always complain about dc, I'm more interested in the snack elements than the meals

I have a big cup of tea in the morning & afternoon, usually with a fibre one or skinny whip bar. I'm also always wanting something in the eve when watching my wind down tv.

Does anyone have any tips on handling this or low cal things to eat. It's new dulse season (sun dried seaweed-local delicacy of sorts) & I'm hitting it hard at the minute!!

Weigh Day, Sunday 7th June: 12.2

Woohoo! That's a full stone off since I started weighing myself! I would love to lose 3lbs this week and be down to 11.something by next Sunday. Unfortunately I've lost motivation with exercise a bit as the seas's gone flat and the sun's gone in - not good for body boarding or swimming!!

I’ve finally hit a stone. Taken me 9 bloody weeks to get there though. Just a stone and a half to go Sad

@lovinglavidaloca Well done you! I still have 2.5 stone to go. It's taken me nearly 3 months to lose a stone, and I know things slow up the longer you're dieting for, so looks like I'll have to stick at it til 2021 at least. That's a bit depressing.

I don't know why this thread doesn't update in threads I'm on but hey ho. @duckduckgosling & @lovinglavidaloca well done on the big milestones!

@wombatsandaplant hope you got your keys & are nesting away happily. I'm addicted to gumtree & Facebook marketplace to buy furniture & house stuff. Currently awaiting some perfect drawers & a coffee table! 😂.

Today was a delight-lost 4lb at weigh in, woo hoo! I logged calories the last few days again & after some low cal days, 'spent' my excess on bad wine etc & have ramped up my water intake.

I've hit the magic 5% of body weight loss & feel noticeably better even though I've lots still to lose. Slow & steady & all that nonsense, (but I'd still take a stone loss in a week 😜)
