I'm sorting my self out, starting from tomorrow.

So fed up with mindlessly eating crap day after day. I'm getting fatter by the week and I've had enough.

I will be weighing myself tomorrow morning.

Atm 12st 4lb and 6'. All my weight (Csection pouch aside) is on my bum and thighs, so my goal is to get back into my jeans. Not sure how much weight loss that will take and how much will be toning up muscles.

Now I just need a plan. Probably not one that involves bacon sandwiches for my lunch… Blush

My DDs 21st birthday weekend, most of the food was slimming, salad, fruit, SW recipes, except for the samosas & birthday cakeGrinGrin So it was the cider & samosa`s that let me downBlushGrinSad

Afternoon everyone...
Weigh in this morning, I'm 11st 0lb 4oz (the ounces matter) and 5'3".
2 weetabix for breakfast. Much coffee. Now eating a tuna salad. I have an added incentive to do this, as my younger daughter (9) is overweight, and I'm just hoping that leading by example will help her, as well as removing unhealthy things from the house. Very conscious not to put her on a diet, but I'm a bit worried about her.

@forevergreen I’ve really noticed my extra chin recently too - you know when your image of yourself doesn’t match what’s in the mirror? That’s me at the moment!
Weigh in this morning - I’m 13st 12lbs and 5’9
I’d be happy back under 12st really

I'm in. I decided this morning that I have put it off long enough. I can lose weight when I put my mind to it but I have been letting myself eat too much and too often and too much of the things I should avoid for too long. I feel uncomfortable and unhealthy. I need to cut out snacking and will be doing low carb and trying to fit in exercise when I can. I need to lose at least 3st.

Hi everyone, I'd like to join too, I'm 5ft 3 and I currently weigh 11st 13 lbs, would love to get down to 9st 10.
I usually hide my scales and weigh each week at boots xx

I will try this, I have been comfort eating through grief for my Mum.
I am 5'7" and weigh 12st 6. I carry weight on my upper body. No arse or hips!so look and feel awful.

I also have aches and pains so need to sort myself out.

Hello from me too. 5'8" and 14 stone 6. Bloody hell. Had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and a turkey roll for lunch. Have cleaned the whole house so counting that as today's exercise. Also looking forward to going to bed!!

OK. I have just eaten pizza and chocolate biscuits. I think this may be what you call falling at the first hurdle Blush. Did go to the gym beforehand though.

Not an awful start today, although the weather is not helping to curb my need for stodgy food and chocolate.

Ive planned all my meals and lunches this week, so that's something. Had a look on Instagram WW for inspiration....

Been snacking on fruit and seeds, tracking food is the only way for me.

I've had a pretty good day, tracked all my meals on MFP. I've been busy decorating today which had kept me out of the kitchen. Working the next two days so that will stop any snacking too! I wish the weather would improve so i can cycle to work.

Small meal eaten this evening and I'm still a bit hungry. Was meant to be going for a run but I'm feeling exhausted as I didn't sleep much last night and have been at work all day followed immediately by a school governors meeting. Still need to take out the dog for her evening walk and do some housework. Desperately trying to ignore the half bottle of wine left over from the weekend.

It's been a good day here. Did treadmill twice today, it's easier to do though on my days off. Also didn't eat too bad at all.. now trying to avoid the shortbread I made earlier..

Am I too late to join in?!

Was about half stone - 10 lbs overweight in autumn last year, then got very unwell, stuck indoors for weeks and weeks on end and gained a further half stone. Since learned that there is a bigger picture going on health wise and being in the worst shape of my life is really not going to serve in my favour.

I'm nearly 5'6'' and 11st 4lb.

If I could get down to 10st I would be over the moon and fit into the clothes I own

If you'll have me, I'm IN!! Grin

Argh! My darling mother (and she really is a darling!) has been feeling sorry for me due to my lack of sleep (thanks DS!) and this evening has presented me with a large plate of homemade brownies 😆😆😆 can’t exactly turn them down, it would be very ungrateful…

Still, I shall do my best to make them last and not gobble the lot!

I'm in! Lost a stone last year but then got complacent and haven't lost the other 1.5 stone I need to get rid of. I have such a sweet tooth which is hard. I'm all or nothing so if my diet is good then my exercise is good but if diet is bad then I don't do any exercise either.

I started today trying a kind of badly researched Keto / low carby sort of vibe with 0% fat greek yog with berries and no honey or banana which is my favourite with that breakfast.

Lunch was a mindfully constructed tuna salad with full fat mayonnaise, chopped tomatoes, grated carrot, cucumber and no bread, rice cakes or sunbites as I figured they are all too 'carby'. So far, so good... except for finding that carrots aren't Keto or low-carb

Then the school run brought mega stress and a mini white twix that found it's way into my mits, promptly found it's way into my mouth. Things continued to slide south with a couple of rice cakes going in the chops while making the family's dinner, plus a random chunk of brie, burger in a bun for tea and some giant cadburys buttons thrown down the hatch pre-putting the children to bed.

Good grief! What a disaster that was! Blush

I'm here! Weighed myself this morning and was 12st 7lbs, I'm 5'4". Have recently put on 4lbs and lost it again, but want to get down to under 11st to feel more like me and ideally down to 10st to feel more like pre-babies me!

Haven't eaten snacks today but I am sitting at a desk in an office all day, so probably eat too much for the amount of exercise I do.

B - 2 x weetabix and semi skimmed milk
L - avocado, pepper and cheese toasted wrap
D - veggie sausages, mash, baked beans followed by rice pudding.

No snacks or alcohol today - I even avoided the biscuits this evening.

Will probably check in in the evenings as mornings are a bit of a rush. Off to bed shortly as I think early nights will do me good too - I've been having 5-6 hours sleep a night for months and I need more!
