I'm sorting my self out, starting from tomorrow.

So fed up with mindlessly eating crap day after day. I'm getting fatter by the week and I've had enough.

I will be weighing myself tomorrow morning.

Hope your daughter is ok @forevergreen I did ok yesterday but then had 2 glasses of wine. Drank alot of water though, baby steps I suppose each day is a little better. Out for tea tonight though. I really need to get a routine been at home all day is so difficult!

I was travelling yesterday for work and was very well behaved! Fruit for breakfast, veggie chilli for lunch then had a work meal out but chose a skinny pizza with salad in the middle - just 600 calories. But then sank my half of a bottle of red with a colleague Hmm don't even want to know how many calories that is.

Can I join you all please?
I had semi-success doing 5:2 a few years ago but have regained most of that loss.
Been trying to get back in the zone for so long but haven't been able to motivate myself to stick to anything.
I've decided to give up cake, chocolate biscuits etc and today is day 3. This is the first time in I don't know how many years I've gone without some form of chocolate/sweet treat binge. I really hope I can stick with it long enough to lose some weight. I have at least 4 stone to get rid of and would be delighted if I could shift 20lbs before I go away in May.

I've basically fucked up since I went to Geneva, and can't get back into it and I'm eating loads.

I was doing so well and now it's all gone pear shaped and I've probably put the weight I had lost back on.

Anyway, I'm going to try and get my act together today. I am so close to just giving up.

I will get on the scales in a bit to see the damage done.

Hopefully, you are all doing ok?

I weighed this morning and have put a pound on Blush. Ive been gymming alot so hoping its just muscle and not fat as i ordered some new undies as a treat for hitting my 2 1/2 st mark ......

Right I've had my wakeup call, seen old pictures and I'm 2 pounds up from a few days ago. I'm on this properly now. Just done day 1 of the joe wicks 7 days challenge, cant breathe, feel like I'm guna puke but feel so energised. Just having my weetabix and butternut squash soup for lunch today no junk and lots of water.

@xJune88 well done. I'm taking things more seriously now after gaining weight last week. I am being really good and hopefully it will continue.

I've got the hygienist this morning, I feel sick where I am so scared. At least it has stopped me eating.

@forevergreen thankyou, next step is trying to cut back the booze but one thing at a time haha, if I can exercise and sort my diet I will still have a glass of wine if I fancy one. That's my worst nightmare but it will be over and done with soon for you x

I am still here! Have had a busy week or two with work and so have just caught up on the thread. I weighed myself this morning and was 12stone, so 7lbs down from my starting weight. 4 months til I go away so am cutting out alcohol and have pretty much cut out chocolate and crisps. Haven't felt well this week and had no appetite which has been a massive help 

@forevergreen I hope your daughter is better now?

Hope everyone else is getting on well, I will try to check the thread every day!

@twinkledag I think that we should all get into the habit of posting every day to help us keep on track.

@MillieMoodle my daughter is fine now, thanks for asking. My son is now sick, really swollen throat and a high temperature. He is doing a ski season until the end of April but he is coming home for his dads birthday tomorrow. I will try and get him a doctors appointment here.

Today's plan is to be good!

Menu wasn't great but getting there:

Fruit, coffee

Chicken and avocado baguette, fruit

Turkey, spuds, broccoli and cauliflower

Bag of hula hoops, half a caramel whip 😀

Hows everyone's weekend been?

I missed my usual friday weigh in (ok i actually chickened out as i thought i might have gained!) but braved the scales today and ive lost a pound so back to what i was a week ago :)

Another half a stone and i might be happy!
