I'm sorting my self out, starting from tomorrow.

So fed up with mindlessly eating crap day after day. I'm getting fatter by the week and I've had enough.

I will be weighing myself tomorrow morning.

Please join me.

Well done @ColleysMill I've managed not to snack at all which I'm very proud of. Stuck to weetabix for breakfasts, soup for lunch and fish and rice for tea. Had a treat of poached egg on toast and steak and chips with peppercorn sauce for lunch with a glass of wine but exercised plenty and for once dont feel guilty or bad which is a lovely feeling. I'm going to weigh myself on Tuesday then I'll of been eating better for a week but not guna worry as I think I'll hold water weight but we will see!

I'm still here.

I've got tonsillitis and feel awful. On the plus side I've lost 5lbs this week as it hurts to eat. Every cloud!
