I'm sorting my self out, starting from tomorrow.

So fed up with mindlessly eating crap day after day. I'm getting fatter by the week and I've had enough.

I will be weighing myself tomorrow morning.

Hello everyone 😊

I fell off the wagon yesterday as hubby got us dominos as a treat!

Today i have been alot better i did get a free chocolate muffin but i had healthy breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Walking to work is getting easier, each day i feel less of a sweaty mess when i get there!

I've been really good all week but ended up having fish and chips for dinner. I only had a childs portion but it was still massive and I feel horribly bloated now.

Here to trying to stay strong over the weekend.

Thanks @forevergreen Smile What I need now is a dog like yours, to force me to have to go out walking when the weather is like this. Instead we’ve got two lazy moggies who look at me like, “are you mad?!” and proceed to lay on our bed all day... 🙄

Well I've just been for a run! Have been really good this week food wise but just not had chance to run. Have been trying to walk places instead though to keep my exercise up.

I've not had any chocolate since Wednesday which is just unheard of for me! Will try to keep it going! Weekends are define rly the hardest as I have so much free time to lie on the sofa and think about food Blush

Hi all, can I join? I’m 25 so my metabolism is still fairly in my favour but I eat like absolute crap. Way too much fat and salt and I crave carbs so much. I have a ridiculous amount of cellulite for someone of my size! I’m desperate to start eating healthy and tone up but I genuinely can’t seem to put together more than a week of food choices!

Hoping that some support will help me to keep at it. Doing a online food shop tonight so I’m going to allow myself a pizza for dinner then get right on it Halo

I almost bought a fruit and nut Easter Egg. To eat when I'm thin 😂 what is wrong with me? But resisted. Still drinking the crazy shakes, still glugging the water. Hoping it works.

Weigh in this morning and another 3lb off. I’m going to step up this week and have a 200cal meal alongside the crazy shakes because I feel a bit weak and weepy. Know it works but it isn’t easy so I’m proud I’ve stuck to it, specially over half term. Best of luck everyone for the coming week Flowers

Well done to everyone this week, I went to boots as I've put my scales up and away to stop me weighing myself and I'm absolutely disgusted with myself ive gone up to 12st 1 lbs so getting back into it tomorrow and hoping for a loss next week xx

Holiday now over! I had a Pret for lunch, inc two little almond butter chocolate bites. Have been fasting since then and hoping to do at least a 24hr fast to kick-start the week. Il weigh in in the morning. And until Easter, no more chocolate, biscuits or sweets will cross my lips 😇!

Week 1: 10st 9lbs.

Target is 9st 12lbs so 11lbs to lose in 7 weeks. At the end of the summer I was 11st 12lbs and managed to lose 2st in 9 weeks but I was super-strict with Fast800 and drank no alcohol at all in that time. I'm not going to be as strict this time unless moderating isn't working.

Breakfast: tea with milk (I can't do without tea first thing even when fasting. Will try to remember to pick up some skimmed rather than FF.)

I put on 2lb this week. I'm amazed it wasn't more. I've had an awful week. Eaten so much crap and been such a lazy potato.

Back on it this morning. Good breakfast, smoothie to keep my brain working in college, healthy lunch prepared and got a good tea ready for when I get home.

Picking up a Tesco shop on my way home, so will get loads of meals prepped and in the freezer tonight.

Started a little morning exercise routine (30 crunches, 30 squats with weights, some more weights and 30min dog walk), so hopefully see a good result next week.

Keep up the good work, everyone

Hey everyone,

Week 1: 2.6lbs off
Week 2: (as of this morning) 0.6lbs off Hmm

Yep I gained 1lb over the weekend while practically passing out with hunger and Not. Cheating. At. All.

Meh, that’s my body for you 🙄 but I will get there because I REFUSE TO GIVE UP! And I’ve lost a bit so it’s all in the right direction.
