Just that really. How the fuck did I get this big! I've always been on the chubby side, but at 5"9 I pulled it down off.

Fuck. Where do I even start

Stayed the same this week. I'm pleased with that as it's been harder to diet and exercise with the dc at home and the food shopping restrictions.

Lost another 1.25lbs . Now lost a stone. Wohoo!
