I've been feeling a bit disheartened by what I considered to be quite slow weight loss. I am diabetic and have PCOS, so I've been warned it will be a bit more difficult to lose it, but I guess I was hoping for some miracle
However, I've just looked back to the 1st Jan and I've lost 12lbs since then!
My Fitbit scales are great at holding me to account, because they automatically upload to the app on my phone. Before I had them, I'd only record my weight if it registered a loss, so any gain felt like failure. I'm starting to see the whole 'marathon, not a sprint' thing and I like seeing my weight trend going down as an average.
How is everyone else getting on?
Welcome @Zebracat, I have been fat since I was about 13, so I don't know my 'comfortable and healthy' weight yet. Are you aiming for 80kg, or higher than that? What hours are you doing the 16:8? I would find those 16 hours really hard!
@blubberball, do you have any favourite videos you can share? I'm really enjoying my Couch to 5k runs, but I'm still doing a workout video on my 'rest' days.
