@whatthewhatthewhat you'll do fine, as you say, you're eating much less and just getting in the swing of it.

I'm truly amazed at how easy I've found this so far (easy to say, and of day 4 of 30...) I've always been sceptical, I've know people do lighter life and Cambridge diet which I think are similar? I've always thought if you had the willpower to do one of those, such you'd have the willpower to just eat less. What an idiot I am. Grin

The only actual "food" I've eaten today is half a small apple, 1 square of isa genix chocolate, 3 small wierd snack things (size of a 10p)

And I feel ok!! I actually can't wait for Monday, I'm hoping to have a decent loss in my first week! Anyone else feeling excited for it?

Wednesday I was on plan all day. Woke up this morning - 2lb up!

WHY!!! All it's doing is making me feel it won't work when I know it will.

Need to throw out the scales 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Nottalotta I know what you mean - I've never been on a diet and NOT been constantly hungry before.

@Elzbells My scale was all over the place the first week and I still lost 5lbs. Hang in there!

@whatthewhatthewhat I read somewhere that people often ease into it to cut back on carb withdrawals, so maybe you're the smart one after all? Wink

Day 5 - 5.5lbs down! Woo hoo! I know we're weighing in on Monday but I feel I need to check at the moment. So pleased. Feel less bloated and sluggish too.

@breakfastpizza I've noticed a very quick shift in the way I think about foid, I just hope it lasts! Normally, my day revolves around food. I'm constantly thinking about what to eat next.

How's everyone else today? Just having my first shake.

@Nottalotta 5.5lbs in 5 days that's great....I hope I get over a lb lose a day.....and that it continues whilst I'm on the plan 🤣🤣🤣

I'm on day 4 and feeling flu-ey today, not sure if it's the plan or bugs from the kids.....

@feellikezerobucks I'm surprised how good I've felt too, thought I would feel dreadful as ive really cut back on tea and coffee too, gobe from 6 or 7 a day (mostly coffee) to 1 or 2

I'm so bored of Slim and Save I think that's why I'm finding it difficult. Thin watery shakes and the tiny bars 🙁

I've got about 3 weeks worth of Exante so think I'll stick to that - I used to love the pancakes and the choc delights. But last time I did it was 3 products a day, now they are saying 4. What's best?

@Elzbells the shakes I'm having ate a decent size and thick, kind of foamy once you've blended it. And the bar is huge! Bit very limited choice. And expensive.

Ok, I'll have a look at your plan now. I'm really motivated with new diet plans but now I've done Slim and Save do many times on and off that I'm just 🤮every time I look at their packaging

Exante is lovely! Had apple crumble yesterday, then a strawberry bar and a rice pot noodle thing!

I did one of the other type of shakes thing years ago and it was grim

@whatthewhatthewhat what was the Apple crumble, like actual food or Apple crumble flavoured something? The choice on isagenix atm is really poor as I think its quite new to the UK. From what I can see, vanilla, choc or strawb shakes, two types of chocolate/crispy bars. That's it.

@Nottalotta it was apple crumble and custard. Lumps of apple in custard. Tasted as close to apple crumble in custard as you can get. I think the variety is really cool. The chocolate cookies are delicious and the cookie and cream bar is also tasty (I SHOULD be a rep! 🤣🤣)

@feellikezerobucks I have 3 products, then either a fourth product or a 200 cal meal, plus 100ml semi skimmed milk. It’s working great so far! Good luck!
