Ooh, I'm on week 2 of a VLCD to shift some lbs before Xmas. I'm using Slimfast shakes and one meal a day where needed.

Not gonna lie, week 1 was AWFUL. Right up to weigh-in I felt flu-y and unwell. Into week 2 now, and feeling much better. Smile

This is my first time doing such a strict diet and am shocked at how NOT hungry I am.

Week 1: -5 lbs
Week 2: TBD

I’ve already been in the loo many many times. 5 decaf green teas and about the same in water flavourings and I’ve seen more of the toilet than I’d like. But I like to think I’m peeing out fat.

Hi can I join in? Exante here. I’m doing the man plan. Either 4 products each day or 3 and a 200 calorie meal. My starting weight is 14.3. I would like to be 11.0 by Christmas

I'm in. I have got a cupboard full of Exante and Slim and Save so will mix and match.

I was starting Monday, then today and now tomorrow 🙄 But I have to do it again, I already got the weight off once but put it all back again this year - I drink FAR too much wine. So I'm doing 3 months of VLCD and 3 months of no booze.

Have got a wardrobe full of lovely Autumn clothes but am living in baggy black crap - not one pair of jeans fit.

I was 12st 2 this morning, look best at 9st at 5ft 5 so that's my aim. 3 stone in 3 months.

Ooh I love that there's quite a few people on board, find this stuff really motivating! Am happy to do a weigh in day, I started yesterday but will do whatever suits others.

I'm resisting eating my snack. I'm not that hungry, and only have 1 shake left. I just have a really bad habit of punctuating my days with food.

One more meal left to go. I’m an emotionally eater and mainly eat due to boredom. I’m a sahm to three kids and two have disabilities so instead of reaching for wine I’m normally reaching for chocolate or some carb based snack.

Finding it hard to stick to this time around want this to be the last time

Used to be a size 24 list 9 stone put it all back on during pregnancy lost again now a 12-14 but would like a couple of stone off

Had three meals and then got starving so had a bit of cheese and a tomato

At most that's probably 800 kcals total so still a good day one. And better than the bread I wanted

@Nottalotta that's a shame. Don't like shakes either, doesn't feel like you're eating. At least with exante you get food... although my tummy is making lots of gurgling/wind noises! TMI! Lol

Personally I prefer the bars to the shakes and the pot meals are nice too
