Bad weekend, but still lost 2lb. Back on it today, really want to be in the 11s by Christmas so I need to focus.

Winecheesesleep · 15/10/2019 12:43

I had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 3 pounds. I was a bit disappointed it wasn't more because you hear some great first week stories but I'm 3 pounds lighter than last week and I'm finding it OK now after the difficult first few days so will keep going!

Winecheesesleep · 15/10/2019 12:45

@whatthewhatthewhat Are you doing the diet alone or with Cambridge/Lighter Life etc? I really struggle doing it by myself.

bigfatfatty19 · 16/10/2019 21:28

Weighed in today and up to 14st 8lbs Sad

Not been able to get lower than 14st 4lbs, so frustrating! I loosened up and had more calories (maybe 1000 on a couple of days) and weight has shot up. Need to be stricter and stick to a much lower number

zobalina77 · 17/10/2019 08:18

@bigfatfatty19 earlier this year I was stuck on 14.9 for about 2 months. It was so frustrating as I was only having 600 cals a day. But I kept with it and the weight loss started again. You will lose even having 1000 calories a day so don't get too disheartened.
