Day 5 nearing the end, going To have my dinner in a minute, first proper food since weds lunchtime!! I have had a banana and a couple of the snack bars today but I'm not sure they count! REALLY loking forward to it!

Start of day 5 and 6.8lbs down so taking that as my official week 1 weigh in and will have Monday as my weigh in from a week Monday.

My throat is so sore today and I've not experienced any "issues" with wind or toilet (unlike before when I did this)......

Hope everyone stays strong today....Saturdays are always my weakness 🤦🏽‍♀️

Well, my 4 -600 cal meal didn't go to plan last night. Who knew how many calories were in halloumi?? (Clue, not me....) still, i had it with a small quinoa salad do wasn't totally disastrous.

How's everyone getting on today? I've had a breakfast shake, and the meal for lunch (which was bloody lovely!) I'm taking the children to the fair tonight so they will eat burgers and I'll have a shake once we're home.

Struggling a bit with , well pooping tbh. Sorry for that! I think I'll have to take 2 of the bedtime isamove tablets.

I'm finding it better on Exante. I did miss my wine last night but wine is how I've ended up like this so.....

Started with the eggs and bacon thing which I really like as it's so salty, choc delight for lunch and we are taking kids to Nando's for dinner so lll have a plain butterfly chicken and broccoli.

I actually find weekends easier as I'm busy running the kids around/walking the dog etc. I work from home so I'm the week I'm too close to temptation.

I've had a pretty good day, shake for breakfast, chicken and stir fried crunchy veg for lunch, I've had a small apple, half a bar, and piece of chocolate (both from the plan). Been out this evening so just going to have my second shake. Feel really good though, amazingly!

Morning all, I had a day off yesterday, I didn't go mad but it wasn't worth it and I'm actually looking forward to getting back on it today.

Danger day for me. The children go to their dad's and I spend the day frantically catching up on "jobs" in between eating what the hell I want. The children had pancakes with Nutella this morning. Half a pancake was left, straight in the food bin!

I can't have leant buyer in the house @whatthewhatthewhat saying that, I'd say the same about Nutella too.

Oh god today has been HARD. Had my actual food meal for lunch, so just a shake to go now I've had a can of Pepsi max to tide me over. I will not give in to eating shite. Or eating anything in fact.

@Nottalotta come on, you've got this 💪🏼 and think how amazing you will feel tomorrow on weigh day 😃

I've found my will power today and stayed on it despite my day off yesterday but then again I went to put on a shirt I hadn't worn in a while and it was too small....looking at my old weight tracker it appears I've put on over 2 stone in the last 18months and the weight I was back then was my "fat weight" 😔

I'll be weighing in with you guys a week tomorrow and hope to be lose at least 3.5lbs by then to take me to my next stone bracket 🤞🏻

@feellikezerobucks thanks, I think if it hadn't been weigh day tomorrow, I might have caved! That, and the fact that I've paid a small fortune for this 30 day program!

I'm also getting impatient, like I've stuck to this for 6 days so should easily fit back into my two sizes smaller clothes by now!

I'm hoping for 7lbs off tomorrow.
