Anyone up for losing a stone?

I am bursting out of all of my clothes, I have decided to lose the offending stone.

Just weighed myself and I'm 10'8.

I could probably do with losing 1.5 stones but I'm setting a goal of one stone which will get me back into my clothes.

Fancy joining me?

I've lost 2 lbs! Now 165lbs.

I haven't weighed myself so regularly ever before. I haven't yet tackled portion sizes. And stupidly, twice this week, I have had a biscuit at bedtime with a cup of tea.

I can't fathom it. Suddenly it seems like a treat. I am having less alcohol so I'm wondsring if this new trend is linked to bad gut bacteria. Is it candida that lives in our tummies and demands sugar? Gotta knock that on the head.

For now I'm just trying to set my sights on getting to 160. I'd love to be 140 but that feels like too much of a challenge.

What's everyone doing for motivation?

Are we still doing the Friday weighting?
I missed it last week! Sad
I think we should keep going for motivation...
Today I am 10st 5lb (3lb lost since the beginning of this thread).
Not a lot but I am steadily losing, I am happy Smile
I definitely need to tone up though, but no way I can go to the gym Does anyone know of any exercises you can do at your desk while working??

Well done piscus! I'm afraid the tumbleweed may have taken over the thread. Perhaps everyone went to WhatsApp.
