Hi

I need to stop snacking and eating crap! So I'm drawing a line and starting fresh from Monday. I'm planning to eat healthily / low carb and am trialling Beachbody On Demand .... hoping this one will hook me as the workouts are different each day rather than the same for a week. Anyone want to join me and hold me accountable?

I still have about 3 stones to loose and would like to be out of my 16s and squeezing into a 12 by the time I go on holiday in mid July. First goal is to loose 2lbs which should put me in overweight rather than obese. Then I'd like to get to 11 something.... currently 12.9.3.

My problem is I lack motivation, am tired and lazy really..... I need to make a new habit tho.

Crap again.... but I have signed up to weight watchers today. Have been craving ww / sw type foods, particularly pineapple. Strange.

I'm up, exercised and currently eating a fruit salad with yoghurt (haven't had that in forever!) lunch is a sweet chilli chicken salad and a jelly. Dinner tonight will be steak since it's being delivered today. Probably with mushrooms onions and some philly. Let's smash day 1!! X

Reporting in! Banana, strawberries and raspberries for breakfast, smoked salmon salad for lunch and fish with salad for dinner. I'm feeling motivated today (the sun helps)

My diet has gone to pot. My mental health has taken a dive and i received some bad news today for which i am heartbroken. So I've been eating my feelings.

My day yesterday went well. Stuck to plan and finished the night with a glass of wine and then bed. Was absolutely shattered.

Today I have steak and salad for lunch. Breakfast I'll probably grab some pineapple as I'm short on time. Dinner is stew. I have done my 30 day challenge exercises today (squats, plank etc) trying to help with toning up before I go away. I hate the plank, look down and I have a third boob 🙈.

What's on the menu for everyone else today?

Well done @swimming. I need to start exercising. I've lost my running mojo. Is your regime from an App or a DVD or something you've put together yourself? Fruit and Greek yogurt for breakfast today, Roasted cauliflower with cottage cheese and salad for lunch. Dinner is a tuna jacket. Probably a glass of wine before bed.

@pontiouspilates I'm trying to do the couch to 5 k. Week 5 today which I'm nervous of, seems to get serious from this week but then four weeks ago I couldn't run for two minutes. I'm hoping to catch the bug. Do it at home on treadmill before the kids get up.

So -2.4lbs (12st 6.1) this week, back to a bmi of 29.9. Leftover stew for lunch and then I'm fancying either egg and chips or king prawn stir fry tonight. See how I feel later. Got a relatively quiet weekend so food should be ok. Night out next week which is manageable and then away the following weekend, that will be my first tough challenge I think. 8 weeks till my big holiday, hoping to be under 12 st at least but would love to have smashed 11-7. Am mainly just hoping for a dress size 🤞🏻

What's everyone else got for today? Weekend plans?

Hi all sorry I am quiet . I decided to stop using my mobile phone so much as I was finding I was wasting so much time flicking through here and other sites .

Food is going great . I am having fruit and yogurt iin the morning . Dinner last night was homemade Bol . Lunch today was a huge omelette made with lots of veg .

I have decided to allow myself a treat a day of 100 cals .

Tail I am sorry to hear about your mental health and bad news . I hope you are ok

I've had such a hungry couple of days. Yesterday I had leftover stew for lunch with a king prawn stir fry and noodles for tea. Finished that for lunch today and just had egg, beans and roasted butternut squash and vegetables. Was lovely.

My littlest is sleeping at his grans tonight so I'm enjoying some quiet. Going to head up for a nice hot bath with a nice cold gin shortly I think. Tomorrow is a run day, am nervous of it, it's the 8 minutes which just feels impossible at the moment but I shall trust the program and go for it.

I'm good. Had a bad few days then someone very dear to me had a miscarriage. I was heartbroken as I know how much her and her husband want a family.

Sorry about your friend Tails that’s very sad .
Dory enjoy the gin and the run . I had a good food day today . Usual for breakfast , fruit yoghurt . Lunch I made a salad with a hard boiled egg leftover salad potato and salmon with lots of health salad stuff . Made a lovely chicken stir fry for dinner .

My exercise is non existent because I’m just not in the mood for it so I’m concentrating on sorting the food side for now .

I’m shattered too as day was hectic

Sorry to hear about your friend Tali it's such a heartbreaking thing to go through. I had a great day food wise yesterday - until my DH produced us each a huge bowl of chocs and a bottle of wine. I have the willpower of a peanut at the moment, so all good work was wiped out in about an hour. Onwards and upwards today, which has stated well with Greek yogurt and blueberries.

Sorry for your fried @TaliZorahVasNormandy it's an awful thing for someone to go through.

I'm still on plan. Up and done my exercise this morning, ran for 2 x 8 mins 👏🏻👏🏻 next run is for 20 😬 not sure how I'll get on with that one but I'll give it a go. Think it's a case of getting over that voice in your head you know. Hoping at some point I'll get the bug you hear people talking about.

Next plan is housework and a nice roast beef for dinner. Relatively quiet week ahead, need to sit and plan my foods. Hope you're all doing ok? Lost a lot of us along the way, would be nice to see us back to it x

1.5lbs off last week, so I'm feeling motivated to continue. MFP definitely excellent for making me accountable. Seeing that I was a whopping 560 cals over yesterday has really focused me. Good luck everyone 💪

Another day on plan for me. Apple for breakfast, satay chicken for lunch and a chicken and mushroom curry with a bit of rice for tea. Super stuffed now. Still fighting this urge for something sweet, but I have points left so maybe a hot choc once my dinner has moved down

I am back out tomorrow , I managed to go say and sun so today was a day off. And i am knackered today anyway .

Meal planning and an early night here. I can't eat if I am asleep Grin

Hi all . I have been super good and tracking everything and even did 2 walks .
I have lost about 3 lbs more so happy with that . So about 25 to go lol .

I’m having a great everyday with a cup of tea but mainly lots of fruit veg protein and minimal carbs .

So so determined this time .

Another good day here as well. Good is in cals and I have been to the gym.

Am out at a friends tomorrow but have a light dinner planned and I am going to drink wine and soda.

Then back to the gym on Thursday.

Run is tomorrow, could've been today but I had that stupid awake from 12-4 thing 🙄 not sure how the run is going to go as currently a few gins down.... day on plan with food though so hopefully it won't be all that bad 😬🤞🏻
