Hi

I need to stop snacking and eating crap! So I'm drawing a line and starting fresh from Monday. I'm planning to eat healthily / low carb and am trialling Beachbody On Demand .... hoping this one will hook me as the workouts are different each day rather than the same for a week. Anyone want to join me and hold me accountable?

I still have about 3 stones to loose and would like to be out of my 16s and squeezing into a 12 by the time I go on holiday in mid July. First goal is to loose 2lbs which should put me in overweight rather than obese. Then I'd like to get to 11 something.... currently 12.9.3.

My problem is I lack motivation, am tired and lazy really..... I need to make a new habit tho.

Well done on the run , I re!ember getting to that last time and it is a real mental breakthrough.
You wil! be flying now.

Food planned. for today , just have to watch myself tonight as I am at a friend's where there will be snacks and wine!! I am not going to ruin it!

Great run swimming bet you felt brilliant afterwards. I've been pretty good food wise, some slip ups, but I'm keeping on keeping on. I got a weight loss hypnosis app and am listening to it at night. Can't say I've noticed a difference yet, but it's all positive reinforcement, which I need right now.

Struggling tonight with a sweet tooth. Had too many snacks and naughty things are starting to come back in so I've brought myself up to bed to try and avoid it

Well I officially lost 6lb in total after weigh in . I’m so happy . Feel like I have turned a mental corner . Wish I could do every week . After class I went home and chopped my fruit for today and had some with a yoghurt . Gone are the days of having a magnum after glass or fish n chips or a sneaky Mc Donald’s lol

Wow Mrsgandy 6lbs is amazing! I've not lost anything this week, but the good news is, I've not gained either. I watched a YouTube video on EFT (tapping) to relieve cravings for chocolate etc, I'm going to give it a try!

Yes happy with that . I am allowing myself one small bar a day .
Had to have something to help . No more than 100 cals .

Fried eggs , fried salad potoatoee and beans for dinner as I was busy and starving . All done in the fry spray . Was very tasty

Well done mrsgandy that is an amazing loss ! I will be Happy if I manage half of that. I am going to weigh in on a Fri and a Mon to try and keep me on track.

I have been to the gym again and will get there Sat and sun as well. I do feel different this time but I am very scared to tempt fate.

I've had a bad two days with snacks and chocolate again 🙈 thanks to the plan earlier in the week though I have managed -0.2lbs. I really need to stop with the snacking it's such an issue for me.

Back to plan today, run day so I'm off to the treadmill shortly.

I have lost 2 pounds since Monday now I just have to keep it up over the weekend which is always tricky.

Have just over 7lb gone now as lost 1.5lb this week. Was expecting a bit more as I have been following plan. Hope everyone doing ok

Well done Mrsgandy that's great going. Sadly I'm still on the loose 2lbs gain 2lbs treadmill I just can't seem to get motivated. I'm attending a wedding in 5 weeks time, so perhaps the inevitable photos could be an incentive!

Just to let you know I am still going strong much to my amazement and I have 10lb gone now . Hoping for the stone by end of June . Hope all is well
