good morning. but then its not even ten in the morning yet.

I'm with you. I've been eating too much sugar and general cr*p and need to get back on. Running plenty and feeling fit but also quite flabby in the waist area.

Stewed gooseberries (courtesy of mum and dad) and greek yoghurt for breakfast. Lovely

It's just that it's hard to control a wagon with a smaller one behind it... (Strawb appears to be on a slightly different wagon , and it's pulling the main wagon off course )
