I'm still sticking to it for now, but I go away on Sat for a fortnight and know full well that I will not stick to it then. Also it's dh's birthday on fri.

I'm going to really try hard when I'm away, and not just eat for eating's sake. Last year I put on 7 or 8lbs in the fortnight I was away, and I really don't want to do that this year......

Go on oggs! Get that wagon moving!! I'll catch up with you (with DH in tow probably) when they kids go back to school. So keep an eye out for me running along after it in about 5 weeks and give me a hand up please

I'll be handing over the reins anyway for the next couple of weeks...... so who wants the responsibility?

Duties include acting as Bouncer at the Last Carb Saloon, rounding up recalcitrant low-carbers, undertaking all DIY work required to keep the wagon fully operational, issuing tickets, occasionally manhandling sinners back onto the wagon.......all good stuff...

You can even have the thread named in your honour......

Please form an orderly queue and have your CV ready....

I won't be officially back for nearly two weeks and we're going to need to have the wagon's suspension reinforced, and enlist a team of horses to get it moving

OK how about we all hang about near the wagon for a couple of weeks, feed the horse etc and then maybe start again?

I'm already off I came away on Sat and have sneaked on here while nobody is looking.

I won't be back at home, or in any state to be on the wagon for a fortnight.

Give the horse a pat and a carrot for me

Righto, so the wagon is up on blocks awaiting reinforcement and wider seats, the horse has been untethered and set free to fend for itself, and the remaining Carboholics have set up camp close, but not too close, to The Last Carb Saloon

Yup that's about the size of it

See you all in a fortnight then.....although I may join you around the campfire for the odd confessional now and then
