I've been in here since Sat and have a room booked for the next fortnight, complete with room service and a mini bar

hi all
had a fantastic week last week. even tried to up my carb intake as i thought i was losing too fast.
however.
then my parents came to visit. and i used my breadmaker.
the next day we bought pretzels
and the day after had burger buns. ( notice a downward trend in the quality of carbs )
today has been reasonably ok. but driving up the country this weekend. with sandwiches.



someone. help me.

Bread, pfft... that's amateur , I'm mainlining sugar and potatoes at the moment..... ice cream, ice lollies, chips, jaffa cakes, more chips....

Lets try to be good whilst on our hols, but not beat ourselves up about it.

i was cylonbabe. had a brief fling with privacynomore, then back to cylon. as simpler to type.

Oh dear I always read it as cyclon as well...

My eating is also in disarray as I have quite a lot of work outside the office at the moment and it's hard to find anything that isn't a sandwich so I've given in to convenience.
The trouble is that I have all the low carb habits as well like eating lots of cheese, cream, full fat everything so the conbination of carbs and high fat is a bit of a high risk combination. Maybe I'll just do "normal" eating for the next 2 or 3 weeks and then head back to low carb.

I don't know why you are a farking fat farker on that amount of food! But it is coming off isn't it!

I gather sometimes you actually have to eat a bit more otherwise your body thinks there's a famine going on and tries to conserve resources.
