Yes - don't let 1 slip up spoil the rest of the week, hoola . Tomorrow is another day!

twinkledag · 03/05/2018 20:05

Good advice from @TheHoundsofLove and @corcaithecat, I need that today after I scoffed a chocolate bar after my virtuous breakfast of porridge and salad lunch! About to do half hour exercise and then a light dinner - either eggs or soup!

poorpaws · 03/05/2018 22:55

BOOP what do you mean by dilapidated wagon? I’ve gone to great expense and had it refurbished. I’ve got a job lot of harnesses to keep everyone securely onboard and I’ve spent extra on the suspension so no one will fall off. Hoola don’t worry I’m reaching out a hand to get you back on. Stay strong Slenderistas we’ve got a good wagon now.

I think I’m investing too much time on the wagon 😀

KickBishopBrennanUpTheArse · 03/05/2018 23:07

Grin poorpaws I love our new wagon. Budge up and male room for me.

I definitely deserve a place today after another sugar free day. Also when I weighed this morning I was 10 10 which is 3 lb down since yesterday. It's likely to be unreliable scales rather than a genuine loss but I'll take it.Star

"There's 6 wheels in my wagon. And I'm still rolling along" 🎵

Excellent wagon we have now thank you paws. I would like to be in it for the long haul

Welcome to the newbies.

Grin love the wagon paws

I definitely need one of those harnesses. The less said about today the better I think. Still tomorrow is another day and I'm at work all day so less chance to gorge myself.

Namajesty · 03/05/2018 23:59

Paws thank you on behalf of all of us slenderistas, now please could someone hire security Grin

twinkledag · 04/05/2018 07:08

Haha love that wagon Grin

lastqueenofscotland · 04/05/2018 07:48

Paws I’m loving that wagon Grin

FizzingWhizzbee · 04/05/2018 10:56

12st 8.8 this morning, with an average of 12st 9.3 for the week. I'm slowly shedding the holiday weight! I reckon it's the new wagonSmile

3 Lindas to go before I'm back on track!

I was planning a dry weekend to help - but now I've seen the weather forecast I reckon that's spectacularly unlikelySmile

Hoolahoophop · 04/05/2018 11:32

Fabulous waggon paws. Whip, crack, away..... Bagsy a seat up front. Not too much damage from yesterday's binge. I'm maintaining this week having done next to no exercise and minimal steps with a fall from the waggon so I can live with that.

Hope everyone had great plans for a sunny bank holiday weekend.

Yee-haw that's a fine wagon!

Friday is weigh in day for me and no change, but I only hopped on the wagon two days ago so I'm going to go easy on myself.

A friend told me her husband saw me in Tesco the other day and he was saying how tired I looked. Gee, thanks! I know she was only saying it out of concern but still...! I'm going to use it as a catalyst for my weightloss. I'll look less of a mess when I'm skinny, right?

daisychainer · 04/05/2018 16:46

Hello all! Can I join?

I don’t have a huge amount to lose, but I’ve put on 3kg since January and I’m feeling pretty miserable about it. I’m also going on holiday at the start of June and I’d like to look (and feel) slightly better then than I do now. So I’ll weigh in tomorrow and hope that posting will make me a bit more accountable!

poorpaws · 04/05/2018 21:32

I think I’ve worked so hard on that blasted wagon that I’ve got overtired and eaten too much. Back on the wagon tomorrow morning and starting a round trip to get you all aboard. It s a mighty fine wagon and there is plenty of room for a lot of Slenderistas.

FizzingWhizzbee · 04/05/2018 22:40

You know that thing that magazine articles and tv programmes where they talk about 'unexpected guests' and you think it's all bollocks, that never ever actually happens in real life?

Well tonight, it actually did. We got a call at 7:30 that my parents were in nearby but their car had broken down and needed repairs and they couldn't get home so could they stay?

So I said yes, and then there was cheese and wine. I need to develop some self control, I really do.

Gymntonic · 05/05/2018 07:48

Half a pound down this week. MFP tells me I'm half way to my goal. All well and good but it is so slow and there's not a lot more I can give up really. Off to park run before that thought sends me heading back to bed with hot toast and marmalade.
Enjoy the sunshine if you're lucky enough to get it this weekendSmile

lastqueenofscotland · 05/05/2018 08:09

I’m off to try and squeeze in a parkrun before work gym
Gorgeous weather here for it!

FizzingWhizzbee · 05/05/2018 08:36

DH is off to parkrun, while me and my Achilles' tendons sit here and wish we could too!

I'm going to have pie for dinner. I'll probably regret it. But if I keep it to a small piece, don't eat all the pastry, and have lots of veg, hopefully it'll be okay. DH has given me a lecture that I need to nicer to myself this weekend - it's been a tough one with work stress and poor toddler sleep.

daisychainer · 05/05/2018 08:59

Well done all you park runners! No chance of that here but hopefully will get out for a walk later (with kids).

Weighed myself this morning and my start weight is 58.8kg. I’d like to get to 57 before holiday in 3 weeks.

My main problem is snacking once the kids are in bed. I usually eat well during the day and then it absolutely goes to pot once I start snacking. I easily add on an extra 600 calories that I really don’t need. If I can break that habit I think I can do it.

ponygirlcurtis · 05/05/2018 13:17

Happy Bank Holiday to you all. Lazy chilled day here so few steps but restorative in other ways. Trying to refocus for next week, two weekends out has stalled things a bit.

Therealjudgejudy · 05/05/2018 14:07

Happy bank holiday weekend everyone.

Great gym session this morning. Made a nice spinach, kale, kiwi and mango smoothie after for brunch. Not too sure about dinner today but will try and keep it healthy as I'm out tomorrow for a lunch and cinema date with my mum...this will involve dessert! Grin

NormskiNamechange · 06/05/2018 09:40

I’m -9llbs since the middle of March. I’m going on holiday in just over five weeks and want to have lost another seven pounds.

I’ve booked ten sessions with a PT to really make sure I get the most out of my exercise between now and then and I’m going to be really careful with my diet.

Well done to everyone on their losses. Smile

poorpaws · 06/05/2018 20:03

Well haven’t I done a brilliant job of losing weight this week, I don’t know how I managed such a great loss! Ta dah, minus quarter of a pound, wow!

Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine, it’s been very hot here today.
