I'm going to lose 2 & 1/2 stone

By 25th June ...

I go on holiday the next day and I just refuse to be fat in 35 degree heat. I last went away two years ago and I'd never experienced this thing called 'chub rub.' I experienced it alright then! Hideous

I'll weigh in tomorrow and record it in here. I'll list my daily food and exercise sessions and I'm sure anyone reading will be positively riveted.

I'm planning on the 8 week blood sugar diet I think - it gives fast results but you're still eating real food and I just don't have it in me to do the whole shake thing right now.

I do Pilates around 3 it so times a week - mainly because it doesn't get my heart rate up and my make up stays intact. I'm working up to something that actually burns some fat. On the plus side - I can touch my toes

I'm 5 ft 4 and I'm very overweight really. I have a wardrobe filled with every size from 8 to 14 and since Christmas I've been firmly in the 14s and today I reached for my only size 16 pair of jeans and they bloody fit

I've had enough of the junk food I've been living on so day one is tomorrow and I WILL lose these couple of stones. Not aiming for skinny - I just want to feel comfortable

You're welcome to join me and we can keep each other going. And then, come June 25th, we can disappear into the ether again

Or I'll just talk to myself? Let's see

Week 3 weigh in and it's a loss of 3 lbs for me taking my total loss in 3 weeks to 1 stone and half a lb!

I was 13 stone 6 and a half and am now 12 stone 5 and a half. I'm going to aim for 11 stone something for next week. Ambitious but I'll give it a go

Anyone else weighing in today?

OP posts:
RunningjustasfastasIcan99 · 16/04/2018 08:36

Bit late to the table. 11 stone 12lbs. Want to weigh 10 by summer. Not eating sugar (incl. white carbs etc). If I don't lose weight I'll go back to MFP. But would prefer to stop weighing food. I've been yo yo ing badly over the last few years.

XRayYankee · 16/04/2018 17:59

Well done Roly. Hi Running.

2 pounds here, but I don't know how, been a little off plan the last couple of days.
