hi,all welcome and lets kick these wobbly bits into the grass

im nearly 47

size 18 need to lose 4 stone and hugely carry on my belly )look very pregnant) but am not

started sunday and am going to cut calories,up protein, lessen carbs, but not to cut altogether

i dont work and suffer from bi=polar and the meds make me very lethargic as they sedate so im gonna have to fight that one

im a junk/carb lover and last few days have had a crashing headache which im putting down to lack of sugar but food wise i have been good

My 2yo is 2st I pick her up and think bloody hell I need to lose 2 of her! I'll concentrate on losing one of her first Grin

seasaltartichoke · 02/02/2018 19:50

Has anyone else tried the Copenhagen Diet? It's only 13 days but you're guaranteed to lose a stone in that time. I'm nearly done - it's been a tough 11 days so far, but that stone has gone. No exercise needed as you don't have the energy for it...

AnotherRanger · 02/02/2018 22:37

It was a crappy day as predicted but stuck to my cals and even when to gym this evening to take all my frustrations out and now feel sooo much better.

I really hope I can stick to the gym, if nothing else it makes me feel amazing afterwards, it's just finding the time

Springiscoming123 · 02/02/2018 22:51

sounds like you done very well, admire your keeness for the gym

good day here,some exercise

2pieces toast with dairylea NO butter

Had a sneaky stand on the scales this morning and I'm down into the 10s Grin official weigh day is thursday so it doesn't count yet but it's a lovely boost to keep going

AnotherRanger · 04/02/2018 17:25

How's everyone getting on?

Went to the gym again today and did a big healthy food shop so hoping for another week like last week.
Remembered that it's my nephew's christening in the middle of march so using that as motivation as I want to be able to get some nice family pictures where I don't look/feel like a blob!

Ellieboolou27 · 04/02/2018 18:07

another smyour smashing it! Had a bit of a crap weekend food wise, was sneaking in chocolates last night!

It's so much harder when I'm at home with the kids, work I'm much stricter.
My husbands 50th mid march is like to be a stone lighter by then!

Springiscoming123 · 05/02/2018 09:28

hi,been at a friends for a couple of days and had a great weekend food wise, thankfully they dont have a sweet tooth so no cakes, choc etc

so hopefull by friday the scales should tell

Gym again this morning and food is on plan. Amazed that so far that I've found it really easy however the first few weeks are the easiest in a way because you're more motivated. The real test will be keeping it for 2 months rather than just 2 weeks Grin

Springiscoming123 · 05/02/2018 20:39

i find the first 2-6 days the hardest but i know what you mean

so far so good today

how are others doing??? good or bad we are hear for support

Ellieboolou27 · 05/02/2018 21:02

Hi all, had a good day today, actually wasn't thinking about food all day which is a first!

Stuck to my calories, even included an Irish coffee with double cream which I'm about to have now before I go to bed and read to stop me raiding fridge

Springiscoming123 · 05/02/2018 21:14

enjoy that coffee sounds like you deserve it

its funny with treat foods you savour it more unlike before eating at break fast speed (well i did) Grin

OP posts:
Ellieboolou27 · 05/02/2018 21:28

Yes, totally! I really enjoyed my coffee, I'm very greedy by nature, never can stop at one slice of cake, I'm trying to teach myself self control and portion control, one day at a time we will crack this.

Had sneaky weight this morning and it was back to 11 even though it had gone down to 10.13 on saturday. I'm hoping it's just water retention from the gym sessions.
Going to up my water today and just do a cardio session tomorrow and hope the scale is kinder to me on thursday!

Springiscoming123 · 06/02/2018 09:25

hate it when that happens, yes water or general womens blardy hormones

OP posts:
Ellieboolou27 · 06/02/2018 10:29

This is why I now weigh weekly , if I see the scale go up, rather than motivate me to be strict, I stuff my face thinking what's the point Grin
