What did you eat today weight loss thread

Partially inspired by last years epic “what did you eat today” thread, anyone up for restarting one specifically in this section as a way of holding ourselves to account? No matter what your method of weight loss is....

I’m WI tomorrow for the first time in a month and know it won’t be pretty, going to ease myself in with 16:8 for a week and then adjust to either 1200kcal a day or back to 2 fast days a week. Anticipate having about 10lbs to lose.

Today was terrible but I did a transatlantic flight across several time zones so eating was buggered - I’ll start properly tomorrow!

A run

Dinner will be tuna and sweet potato salad followed by yogurt and an options

Spicy veg soup, slice of bread. Banana. Mini biscuit

I’ve got a bag of skinny popcorn for my afternoon snack when breastfeeding

Dinner tonight is going to be chicken risotto

1 home made smoothie ice lolly as my something sweet this evening

A slice of buttered toast with honey. Weak coffee.

Another weak coffee.

Herby wrap with avocado, peppers, cucumber, spring onion and cheese. Water.

5 celebration chocolates. Weak coffee.

Small bag of minstrels.

Cauliflower and broccoli cheese bake topped with flaked almonds and cayenne pepper. Water.

More chocolate than I’d usually eat, but I’m on a three week period; have the energy of a wet paper bag and had a meeting to sit through.

Dinner will be 2 slices of thin veg pizza and a big spinach salad

MFP days I should only eat 1200 cals per day Hmm

I'm always over. Need to cut the peanut butter and have cottage cheese instead

(2 nights I've managed not to eat after dinner. Not much but good for me! Keep telling myself if I keep going at this in a month my clothes will be looser, and a month is no time at all...)

A terrible day yesterday. Didn't even put it in mfp.

B: marmite toast
L: potato with soft cheese and rocket salad

then I had a playdate with a little girl who is gluten intolerant so I bought gluten free biscuits and ate nearly a packet and pom bears and lots of oatcakes and peanut butter. I decided to have no dinner but ended up eating chicken leftover from dds' plates at tea time and carrots.

Much better day yesterday:
1/2 pint semi skimmed milk in coffees
1 slice toast with philledephia (light salmon and dil), tuna mayo, cherry tomatoes
1 slim soup
Bowl of banana, grapes, ff yogurt, honey, pecan nut
Homemade Thai red curry kings prawns, couscous and tray of med veg
Tinned mandarins and ff yogurt

So. All good. All WW friendly 🙂

Stopping by to placemark as getting on the wagon tomorrow. Back to work after 5 1/2 weeks post op recovery and have 'the fear'. Currently eating everything in sight.

Yesterday - 2 weetabix with soya milk. Then a mile swim. Dinner was couscous, spinach and houmous. Was really hungry so had another 2 weetabix in the evening.

Today - spaghetti hoops on toast Blush a mile swim. Just got back having a glass of oatly then some weetabix.

L: A bowl of home made thai style chicken soup with lots of mushrooms, peppers, some quorn to bulk it, coriander, lime juice, ginger
D: A snack meal with dc. Ham in pitta bread. Veg sticks. Melon, strawberries.

Can I just say that my tea of Jamie Oliver’s five spice salmon tacos was bloody lovely, and only 590 calories (adjusted to allow for 3 corn tortillas per person rather than the rather stingy 1 on his recipe).
In case anyone if looking for a new recipe to try.

I'd misplaced the thread. So I really have to confess that the past couple of days have been odd, although not too unhealthy. Wednesday, I was booked in for afternoon tea with friends, so I just had soup beforehand. I may have enjoyed a vegan scone with coconut cream way too much!

Yesterday the house was full of builders. So aside from vats of tea and coffee, I grabbed instant soup for lunch and dinner was roast turkey with loads of veg.

I'm looking forward to real homemade stuff today.

Skipped the weetabix as I went food shopping then straight to my swim. So going to aim for just my dinner today and maybe a glass of chocolate oatly for bed.
