Anyone else planning to start on 1st January?

I need to lose approximately 30lbs.

Well, I’ve officially consumed more ww points today than I have for the entire rest of the week 😂 well worth it though, but I suspect that means it will be a poor result come weigh day Tuesday morning 😂

Wine and lurgy induced lack of exercise are against me. Pleased to only be up a little bit. Still 68.something kg which is better than I deserve.

Inexplicably I am down 2lbs this week after a heavy weekend that included an all you can eat and a fry up and pasta! Also AF arrived. So I don't know what is going on but will take it as a win.

Maybe the whoosh effect works both ways

Stayed the same. I’m a bit meh about it as I’d had a really low week apart from Sunday. But I suppose that’s what you get for having a giant meal. Hey ho. Onwards and downwards eh 😂

Not been on for a while... having good days ( when I am at work and in a routine), and bad days ( when DD and I went to Crufts and scoffed all day long, including fries, biscoff biscuits ( full pack) and latte.). Didnt get to weigh in on monday so have delayed it a week .

At least we are all heading generally in the right direction... wonder what happened to OP and whether she lost her 30lbs?

WeirdCatLady · 27/03/2018 07:24

I’m still here x I’ve now lost 2st 5lbs since January, which is 10% of my starting body weight!

How’s everyone else doing?

FlexTimeCheekyFucker · 27/03/2018 07:46

Still stuck here. Had a mammoth weekend away and didn't gain so going to meal plan for the Easter holidays when I'm off for 2 weeks and try to kick start again. Well done WCL. That's great.

I reached my goal weight of 9 stone (hurrah) but since have put 2 lbs back on. Does anyone ever just stay the same weight or is fluctuation inevitable?!
