Exante 2018

Is anyone planning on starting exante? I have 4.5 stone to loose and thougjr exante may help me loose a little. If you have tried exante and succeeddd feel free to share any tips you have.

I've done it before, I was successful but put it all back on and more.
I always did 4 packs, still drank coffee with milk as I live on it and found diet drinks really helped, think the rule is one Diet Coke a day but I didn't stick to that, had as many as I needed.

Maybe not the answer you are looking for but I have done both lighter life and slim and save , both cases lost 1st stone in about 21/2 weeks then a steady stone or so per month ( roughly a Dress Size per month ) it's much the same thing only 4 meals per day , I found it tough to start , easy once I got going (10 days in ) and tough later ( 4 months on ) on due to wanting a social life etc but well worth doing , wishing you all the best for a lovely slim 2018 ( I will be doing slim and save ! )

Yes me! I'm restarting tomorrow after Christmas off

I lost 19lbs in six weeks but have gained 4lb back over the holidays.

I found it to be very easy after the first few days. I've got about another 20lb to go.

There's a v supportive Facebook group called Exante 2017/2018 if you want to join us? About 20 people on it and all lovely

I had three stone to lose and look so much better already.

Tbh if I lost two stone I'd be comfortably within a healthy BMI but I want to see how I look at 9 stone (will be first time in 20 years)

I used Exante in the first few months of last year and lost a couple of stone. Now am back on it to shift a further 3 stone.

Aridane how much did you loose in the first month? Some people are lucky enough to loose 2 stone in the first month

Oh goodness, no, not two stone - probably a stone at most, and then a further stone the next couple of months.

First proper day today. I've had my 3 shakes and feel not too bad. Drank loads of water.

How is everyone getting on with it?

I lost over 50lbs a few years ago with ww but am now 1.5st over my goal weight and I need to reign it back in!

OK - wasn't going to post as have been trying and doing abysmally- i.e. 4 sachets a day and then other stuff. Started a week ago and have only managed two days of sachet compliance.

All that sai, I have still lost 6lbs in a week!!

I will treat the first week that's just gone as a cutting down / bedding in week.

BTW - will be doing 4 sachets a day rather than 3

Hi Aridane. When you said you used exante to lose a couple of stone and now you are back on it to lose a further 3 stone, I was just wondering if that is further weight to lose or weight you put back on again after losing it. Just interested to see what the maintenance aspect of it is like.

Don't worry about not doing it perfectly thus far, everyday is another chance to have another go. 😀💪🏼

No - didn’t put on the 2 stone I lost. It was just that I had 5 stone to lose - did Exante for the 1 st few months of last year and lost 2 stone. Then didn’t continue but didn’t put on weight. Now back on Exante to shift that further 3 stone.

Aridane well done on your first week of weight loss!!! I didnt do well this week i have let my emotional eating get in the way of any weight loss.

Day 2 was alright, I had a new shipment arrive today which included some bars and some carbonara, which I found pretty tasty! The cookies and cream bar at lunch was nice too, probably because I am so freaking hungry!

Hoping the hunger passes soon in time for me to go back to work next week. I stuck to the 3 packets plus I had 2 cups of stock to keep me going.

I'll probably only do the total solution for a week or 2 and then relax a little.

I have the carbonara too! The savoury pot noodles aren’t bad - there’s an Indian rice and Dahl one, and a black bean and something one. Pour boiling water in pot, leave for a few minutes with lid on, then eat. These ones are quite easy for work.

Daren’t order more than one or two bars at a time as I am concerned I might scoff the lot.

Oh crap - I have just eaten two packs of sandwiches and a handful of sultanas. Think it's boredom at work.
