Boditrax told me my fat percentage has gone down another 1% which is good so I am making changes but i just want to lose the weight and be done with it.

@Hairspray I remember in January when I first started losing weight I was 72kg one week (11.4) then 70.5 the next week then 69.7 the next week.

I could lose a kilo (2lbs) in a week. Now I am lucky to lose 1lb every couple of months.

I lost almost 2st from Jan to the end of March, it has taken me the rest of the year to lose 7lbs! It is so much harder the more I lose!

I hear you ladies!! I lost 2 stone between Jan and March in 2016 and spent the next 18 months fighting with 7lbs to stop it being 1.5 stones, then this summer took an eye off the ball and its now 16lbs to get back to where I was in May. Its not thats it difficult just too relentless and constant. Every day is decisions and choices when all I want to do is eat bread with cheese and then cheese with bread!!!!!!!

Hello all, been mad busy at work and not checked in - am same weight as last week at 10.10, which isn't awful but means I need to keep on it to see any more go. I'm still not snacking at work, but the after work bread and butter has caught up with me a few times Hmm

Still doing daily brisk walks and did get to yoga last night. Also walked up to my 8th floor office yesterday which was knackering bracing.

I am here! I had a colonoscopy this morning, so am in theory rather "empty".Blush

7 pounds would be 3k for me, which hopefully is doable. I had a two day restricted diet and then yesterday was liquid only, so I have started the month well...

10.3 -4lbs so far

Friend is now coming round on Saturday so will have a fast day today to see if I can get a little extra loss in this week.

Need to look good in photos/film on Monday so categorically cannot over indulge this weekend or I will feel like a lump!

Farmers market today near my office so will be going for a walk at lunch to pick up some fresh bits and some duck eggs for DP.

Hi everyone. Weighed in this morning at 11 8. That's down 3 from last Saturday.

I'm doing ok on the diet but I really need to start doing some more exercise. I am going to go and renew my gym membership today.

What's everyone up to this weekend? I've got a friend coming for tea tonight but that's ok because I'm cooking so I am planning to make salmon and couscous.

Tomorrow I'm meeting another friend for lunch and shopping so might be more challenging to stick to my mfp limit.

I just need to stay off the sugar!

Well done Donald! 3 lbs in a week is very good going.

I'm working today so I'm aiming to stay in "week mode" and having 1200 calories or so. I have soup and ryvita for lunch and gnocchi bake to reheat for dinner (so not exactly low carb but never mind!) Hope you are all having a good weekend so far!

Morning - I am struggling to stop picking at the moment, possibly down to the weather and a general constant rundown feeling. But I am aiming to have a big push this week before our half term next week. Lots of water and miso soup to fill me up between meals. And no 'just one... er maybe two' on the cakes in the staffroom!

Good morning everyone, I've just made DH and Ds1 a fried egg butty with brown sauce and it looked gorgeous...I had a cup of tea Sad I'm saving myself for Sunday dinner Smile.
I most definitely will be having a good week, last week was a bit bobbins so I need to move myself and shift some Linda's, I know I can do it!!

Pony I think I was the same as you last week, picking all the time just because it went slightly cooler, can't keep doing that though I'll be ginormous by Christmas Hmm I'm not leaving the house today so might not get my 10,000 steps either but lots of housework so that's just like a workout Grin

I've fallen off the thread a bit as life has just been mental lately... Kids, jobs, travel! The usual! I've been having more wine than I'd like (much needed to unwind in the evening, wrong I know!) but on the other hand I've been pretty sensible with food.

Weighed myself for the first time this morning and am still 9.8, which means I haven't lost this week but I haven't gained either. I'm happy with that considering the excess of 🍷🍷🍷

Plus I found and wore an old top yesterday that hasn't seen the light of day for about 2 years, and I looked bloody hot😀 I believe that's what's called a non scale victory?
