Morning all 10.5 this morning so a 1lb total loss for June for me 😂 but better than a gain!

July has to be better as I go on holiday at the start of August and I would like to be able to eat a lot while we are there ha!

Hello all, jumping on board again. Was on one of the previous months threads but fell off the wagon.

Am now ready to try again! I lost 3 stone a year ago but have been floating around losing and gaining the same half stone for the last year - time to knuckle down and try to shed these last two stone for good!

Doing Calorie counting using MFP as I know that works when I actually stick to it ; plus have just finished Week 3 of Couch to 5K.

Weighed in this morning at 69.1kg.

I was actually 3.7 down in June. No idea how!

Starting July with a weekend away. More birthday celebrations next weekend. Away the weekend after then off on hols with the kids. July is looking dodgy really!

Hi everyone. 3 3/4 pounds off in June and just like BOOP no idea how (And can't really see a difference).

Some difficult days coming up in July with planned meals out, birthdays etc but hoping for 4 Linda's off, a few Golden days and one Angel Week.

BOOP I'm a short arse - only 5ft3. I've got another stone to lose to get in the Healthy BMI and then would like to lose another stone or so to get comfortably in the zone.

Yay new thread! Well done on the losses so far, even if you don't know how they happened. I managed to get off some of the holiday gain and am -1.9 Linda's for June. I'm so sick of losing and gaining! Will happen again this month too as I'm off to afternoon tea this afternoon, dinner out on Wednesday and also a week in Italy at the end of the month.
I will try my best until then though!

Paws re you saying you can't see a difference, some pounds seem to show more than others don't they? Sometimes people comment that I've lost weight when I haven't. Odd isn't it?

Evening All Flowers

Wondering if I can join please? Have been lurking (and trying to lose weight!) for ages, losing the same half stone over and over.Finally decided enough is enough & a nice friendly bunch like yourselves will hopefully give me some accountabilitySmile

I've done almost a week of the BSD which I'm getting used to. I think the low carb aspect suits me (I also have an under active thyroid).

So, heres my stats;

Start weight (1st July)
12st 3lbs

Goal Weight
10st

Now pretty determined to get with the programme and sort myself outGrin I've got a wedding in Sept and would really like to be able to feel lovelySmile.

BOOP I honestly thought I had lost nothing in June and was astounded when I saw I had. I've been up and down like a whores draws all month. Hopefully we will all lose in July and be able to bloody tell.

NSV - I tucked my t-shirt into my skirt today (only for a dog walk so not important if it looked bad,), but I've been wearing them over my skirt for years to cover my bump (not pregnancy bump 😂).

I started the year well with a 21 pound loss but then stalled from 1st April so 3 months maintaining Blush. I've got 3 stone to go so had better get a move on!

13.5.4 today. Lost nearly 7lb in the 3 weeks in June cal counting.
Onwards and downwards. I have several social events and a holiday at the end of July, so any loss in the next 3 weeks will be welcome.

Morning 10.9 this morning, went to a play with my mum last night, and couldn't stop nibbling all day, bit of rasin bread here, some peanuts there etc. Knew it wouldnt be good this morning, but it was nice so I am not too worried and I have all month to lose it, should be back so sq 1 by Tuesday if I am good today and Monday.
I need to work out the difference between realxing and stuffing myself!
Honestly I was uncomfortably full yesterday but I just didn't bother stopping!
