Play suits are a no-go for me, my body's too long and they cut me in half!! Grin (same bloody problem with swimming costumes too)

I'm back up two Linda's. Not surprised - I did manage not to drink (had to do some serious resisting) but I had a massive chunk of the richest, chocolatiest, gooiest birthday cake ever. I guess looking at the bright side, if I'd have drunk I still would have had the cake so... :)

Squiffy01 · 27/05/2017 11:10

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser thanks, shall check out hush.

Last official weigh in for me this month and only lost 1/2 a Linda.
Thanks 6.5 off for this month I was soooo close to 7.
Really happy with that considering I keep losing and gaining and stalling the last couple of months WW has really given me a kick up the bum.
Need to try really hard for the next couple of weeks cause off to Croatia on the 19th June and want to have the odd ice cream without feeling guilty.

HairsprayBabe · 27/05/2017 12:28

Will bear that in mind I don't want to end up KO'ed before 9pm 😂

I just did the ModelFIT work out it is on youtube all toning and limited cardio easy on the knees and very chill would recommend

BitOutOfPractice · 27/05/2017 12:35

Yay, well done everyone!

Okay day here. Feeing picky this evening so strongly resisting the snacks (it does not help that I've done a lot of the camping shop this week and know I have bags full of yummy goodies...)

Squiffy01 · 28/05/2017 08:44

boop we are going to Finland to sleep in glass top igloos to hopefully see northern lights Grin

BitOutOfPractice · 28/05/2017 11:25

Squiffy that sounds absolutely wonderfully AMAZING.

I'm jumping off and back on the wagon so often I'm dizzy!

BUT June is MY month, my favourite month so I'm getting on that wagon and holding it on very firmly for the whole of June. We have a family birthday on 30 June so until then wagons roll.

Well done to everyone, I feel I've been letting the side down but I'm pledging to try very hard now 😊

HairsprayBabe · 29/05/2017 07:21

Don't feel bad paws everyone has bad months! I finished on a 5lb gain in April Blush

Didn't weigh yesterday as was at MIL and her scales are in the kitchen in full veiw of everyone and I did not wish to strip off in front of PIL 😂😂

10.9 for me this morning, very very happy with that as I drank a stupid ammount on Saturday, as we got a take away on the way home Blush onion rings, mozzerella sticks an jalpeno poppera anyone?

Hoping for a few more lbs before the 3rd when I see my school friends! Still have 5 days so anything is possible!

We are off to the botanic gardens to see some Dinosaurs later, enjoy the bank holiday all!

readyforsunshine · 29/05/2017 07:25

squiffy that's on my dream wish list, v envious you lucky thingSmile
Well done paws I keep telling myself that nothing will happen if I don't keep at it!
Although I'm down on the start of the month (by a whole lb) looking at happy scale I'm not really on any downward trendSad I'm still pretty much averaging around 10.10 but was 10.8 this am. I have been getting my steps in & been to the gym & barring the few days when I was ill been eating really well (thankfully started feeling better again yesterday afternoon) unfortunately I don't seem to lose unless I do something more extreme & I darent risk making myself ill. On the bright side it's all good for me, would just so love to wave some lbs goodbye though.

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 29/05/2017 09:08

Morning all! After 9 days off the wagon I have gained 5lbs, grr! However, it's probably bloat plus it's day 2 of my period so I reckon it will come off quite quickly.

New month (nearly), new plan! Behold! images.agoramedia.com/jillianmichaels/cms/jillian-michaels-ripped-in-30-meal-plan-v.pdf I am going to get ripped! I got the DVD about 6 months ago and have done level 1 about 3 times. This time I'm going to do the diet plan as well and do it properly for a month. DH is on board with the diet plan, although he's not sure about the exercise. It's essentially 1400 calories of healthy food. I'm going to substitute a bit for random American stuff (hemp waffles wtaf?) and I'm not going to Subway on principle, but the appeal is having my food set and not having to think about what I'll have every day.

Plus, DH has started a 100 day 10,000 steps challenge with his work (they supplied him with a pedometer and he's got to sync it every day and he's in a team so can't let them down - I wish my work did staff fitness initiatives like that!) so we've been walking a lot more than usual.

BitOutOfPractice · 29/05/2017 09:21

Morning all!

Paws you sound very determined. That's the key. June will be your month. I can feel it in my water.

Talking of June, we need a new thread! Any ideas? I'll get Mr BOOP on the case too.

I have this morning achieved the holy weekend grail of weighing lighter in Monday than Friday. It is a miracle I tell ya. Only a 100g miracle but a miracle all the same.

Hi all
I've stayed the same again. Hoping for a better week this week, once the month ends I'm gonna stay on BSD and stay 99% veggie, but I'll incorporate a little bit of low cal red wine.
Apart from when I go away, and I'll probably mainline chocolate covered burgers and chips for the five days Grin

FreeNiki · 29/05/2017 16:54

Been away from this for a bit. Havent been to the gym much as I wrecked my wrist in yoga.

Will take me ages to catch up with the thread and not sure Ive lost anything this month. In fact I may have gained. I really dont want to plateau.

BeyondStrongAndStable · 29/05/2017 21:59

I had chocolate, tonight, tomorrow's weigh in may not be good. Balls.

BitOutOfPractice · 30/05/2017 02:37

Oh oh oh. I weigh 10 stone-something. My weight starts with 10-stone. I cannot actually believe it.
