Ah last you will of sweated that off!!

Hasn't it been beautiful weather. Helps to deal with all the sadness that has been happening. Sorry to hear of those who are close to the Manchester events.

Weigh in tomorrow. Most impressed by those on the egg fest. I have no will power which is why I try to cut down and move more - probably also explains why my weight has taken so long to start to move. Weigh in tomorrow.

Ah 3 day weekend looming. Fabulous it's a bank holiday - being good is so much harder, although I move more as I am not at a desk all day. I have some time off next week too Smile

That doesn't sound so bad koko! It isn't like you were planning to stay in ketosis, so a crack at the end of day 3 really isn't so bad - especially as it was a healthy crack! Smile

lasty I so hate that. It's such lovely weather though as Softy says, pity you didn't choose it but try to retroactively see it as a celebratory welcome to the summer!

I'm feeling a tiny bit better. Only managed four small scrambled eggs today with Parmesan, a bulletproof coffee and a Babybel. I nibbled a bit on some more cheese when I was making DH's sandwiches for tomorrow too, so again might be a bit cheesey...

Squiffy01 · 25/05/2017 07:01

Can't wait to hear the results from all the determined egg fasters!
I understand why you are hiding it too, people would think it a bit odd, my friends would probably stage an intervention if I was doing it and they found out that might be more my history though

I've been a bit snacks this week but had a fairly good day yesterday and looking at the entire week still on track but not thinking I will get much of a loss, so probably won't make it to 7 but at last I seem to have stayed on my wagon this month.

Squiffy01 · 25/05/2017 07:01

Forgot to ask has anyone got exciting plans for the bank holiday weekend?

BitOutOfPractice · 25/05/2017 08:26

Morning! Are all the eggistas weughing in today? So interested to hear the results.

Today I have achieved my lowest weight ever Grin exactly 4 stone lost and only half a pound away from being 10 stone something. So excited. I can actually taste my ultimate goal now. 4.4lbs away.

I have a quiet weekend planned. Which I'm so relieved about. Been away 4 weekends on the trot and need a rest. I am planning a park run on Saturday followed by, believe it or not, jumping off a 5m diving board Shock

Stayed the same here again. No interesting plans or anything to report, all very boring here. Need to make extra sure I get my steps today as I haven't met my goal the last two days.

HairsprayBabe · 25/05/2017 08:33

Morning all, 10.10 for me this morning, but only just scales flicked between 10.11 and 10.10 for a while before making their minds up.

So 3lbs from the egg fast, not overly impressed tbh as that is a normal loss for me in a week. I just have to keep it off over the weekend, we do have plans but I am hoping to keep them low cal if possible!

Tomorrow - Haircut and shopping with DM
Saturday - Clay pigeon shooting dinner out with BIL
Sunday - Breakfast with inlaws
Monday - day out at the botanic gardens in brum

leesmum · 25/05/2017 09:19

Really pleased for you BOOP that's a fantastic loss, you must feel amazing!!!

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 25/05/2017 09:34

Morning everyone!

I am also interested to hear the results from the egg fasters!

Well done Boop! That is amazing!

As predicted, I have fallen slightly off the wagon this week. I'm trying to reign it in today but I don't know if I will manage my planned fast day tomorrow. I also had grand plans for exercise but unfortunately work has got in the way and I haven't managed much at all.

TVHubbyClaire · 25/05/2017 10:21

Well done BOOP thats totally fabSmile

Dinner out for me tonight and big family lunch on Sunday. I am still around the 12st 9 mark so nothing too exciting either way. June is when I want to see below 12st 7Hmm

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 25/05/2017 10:33

Hairspray, 3lbs in 3 days is brilliant!

HairsprayBabe · 25/05/2017 10:42

Yeah I suppose, but it is my normal loss in the week when I am being golden Cheddar I thought I may get a little more, I think I am just being greedy with my losses now!

Well done boop amazing loss & so exciting to see a new low Smile starving & lethargic today, just had a fish finger sandwich with lettuce & salad cream, it was followed it with malt loaf, 2 apricots & 2 pieces of dark choc, oh noooooo, I've been doing so well with hardly any loss & now this!
Well done egglaristas! I would suggest, having followed something similar when on dukan, that if you can avoid carbing up too much or you may find it goes back on. If you can stick to protein & greens you should get a real loss.

QuimReaper · 25/05/2017 18:18

Hellair Slenderistas! I lost just over a Linda on the Egg Fast - I know that sounds measly but I was just so pleased to see a new kg bracket which I haven't seen since before America! I haven't seen any movement after three "golden days" in the past few weeks so I'm pleased. I think I'll still stick to Fast Days from now on to be honest, but there might be a place for an Egg Day between them...!

4lb after 2 days koko Shock Congrats on levelling out at 2lb though, that's great! And you too Hairspray, I'm so jealous that 3lb in 3 days is normal for you Grin

Bloody well done BOOP! When's the Big Day again? Three weeks? I reckon you can do that! What's the deal with this dicing board?!

BitOutOfPractice · 25/05/2017 20:56

The big day is 16 June. 4.4lbs by then is doable if I have restrained weekends

HairsprayBabe · 25/05/2017 22:34

Yes but then I put it all back again at the weekend quim 😂

readyforsunshine · 26/05/2017 06:46

Feeling rotten again this morning, so boring. Have had 2 1/2 weeks of feeling well so have managed to eat well & do lots of exercise & was feeling so positive. Then suddenly it hits me again & I struggle to get off the sofa & im desperate for all the worst things. I really tried yesterday but if I'd had access to biscuits I don't think I could have stopped.
Im supposed to be going out tonight, I'm working today & I just want to stay in bedSad

Squiffy01 · 26/05/2017 07:04

ready sorry to hear you are feeling unwell again Flowers

Well done to everyone on their egg losses.

I had a sneaky weigh in this morning and I'm down into the bed kg bracket 🎉🎉🎉 only by 100g so as soon as drink anything I won't be in I anymore but it's the first time I've seen it this year!

Softpebbles · 26/05/2017 07:21

11st 3 this morning. No more lost which is frustrating and in fact they have flashed at 11st 2 over the past week or two however it's better than the 11 7 I was floating around forever. I will get back into the 10's too.

Got my summer clothes out and whilst some shorts fitted a lot of my clothes will look so much better if I could just shift 5lbs. Ideally just under a stone but 5lbs I am sure would make a difference.

Went for a run last night - stupid night to do my first run in forever but I needed to do something - just under 2 miles pitiful but it's a start. Have done my min HIT work out this morning.

Bank holiday weekend and we don't have loads planned which is nice. Seeing family tomorrow - hopefully a BBQ bit will avoid bread and have salad. Out Saturday night, have read it is due to be a bit cooler which would be nice for cycling.

Have a good day Smile

BeyondStrongAndStable · 26/05/2017 08:03

214 this morning, that's down 12.6lbs. Just having tiny amount of muesli with fat free (bleugh) yoghurt as 1) muesli ran out and 2) yoghurt was subbed on the last shopping delivery

TVHubbyClaire · 26/05/2017 09:16

pebbles you are very close to the 10's , it will happen soon and those holiday outfits will look fabSmile, good luck with the running , I know how hard it is to get those running shoes on and get out the door....

squiffy isn't it just fab to move back into weight brackets we haven't seen in a long time.

I haven't yet got to 12st 7 but on the basis I'm no longer going above 12st 10 even after a bad day or two I'm hopeful I will see it soon

Was out for a largely disappointing dinner last night which at least won't have added too many calories but big family lunch out on Sunday which will definitely knock me back a bitBlush

HairsprayBabe · 26/05/2017 09:23

Have an appt in my hometown today so stayed at my mothers last night, her scales are on the kind side so I just weighed in at 10.6 ShockShockShock
I would take it but I know I will spring back up on home scales tomorrow.

lastqueenofscotland · 26/05/2017 09:33

Haven't weighed myself in ages but I'm 9st 9 Shock 2 Linda's away from goal
