Thank you BOOP

The hot Mr PT is somewhat motivating Grin

Session tonight and this week with him.

FreeNiki · 02/05/2017 14:45

I need a tape measure. Never thought to do that.

I will be 39 on Sunday and no one to spend it with. That means 370 days left until I am 40.

🤤😨😵😱😭

runningtogetskinny · 02/05/2017 14:57

Hoping it's okay to join? Been bouncing the same few pounds up and down since Xmas! 10st 3.6 today, I need to be 9st 9 by the time I go on holiday on 3rd June. Got a new job today so feeling motivated 😀 off out to get on with my 10,000 steps, got salmon and veg planned for dinner 👌🏻

BitOutOfPractice · 02/05/2017 15:39
Wink

All welcome skinny Congrats on the new job.

I must admit that 8.6lbs in a month is quite an ambitious target!

Mountain FlowersFlowers I am so very sorry for your loss. I agree, be kind to yourself.

KOKO it's difficult not to finish small people food. I have learnt to scrape it away really quickly before I have a chance to think.

I'm finding this high fat thing hard! But tasty. Just have to avoid the carbs. Who knew peas were carbs?

FreeNiki · 02/05/2017 15:53

I hope it ends up a passionate session with hot PT one day.

Have bought some new revealling gym clothes. Little hussy I am.

QuimReaper · 02/05/2017 16:00

HELLOOOOOO Slenderistas! I think this is my favourite thread title so far, Mr BOOP has outdone himself!

I did not treat Monday as a Monday. I treated it as a thoroughly weekend day. I am being good today but meeting a friend tomorrow, so will have only two Golden Days this week - argh! My goal for May is to ust undo all the damage from America...

Welcome walrus and clara and skinny and Sunshine, lovely to have some new faces around!

Bloody marvellous job Niki, you're really getting there! Sounds like Hot PT is serving his purpose Wink

QuimReaper · 02/05/2017 16:19

Also welcome back Beyond, I spotted you on another thread the other day and wondered how you were faring!

QuimReaper · 02/05/2017 16:20

Niki ooooh, show us!

BeyondStrongAndStable · 02/05/2017 16:32

Thank you quim :)

Woohoo, I'm down a Linda already! Good start, yay me!!

DH is cooking burgers for the kids and my nose is not approving of meat-free-may. I don't even like burgers Confused
going to make me a nice root veg and lentil casserole in a bit... (whole swede is chopped ready by DH) though I'll probably have something else for dinner and save it for tomorrow. Something with cheese, maybe...?

runningtogetskinny · 02/05/2017 16:38

Thanks for the welcome BOOP, I agree I'm being ambitious but I ran a 1/2 marathon on Sunday so hoping a bit of the weight is blip you often get after a longer run 😬 if I lose 7 I'll be happy

BitOutOfPractice · 02/05/2017 16:47

beyond a chopped swede wouldn't really cut it for me either if there was a burger instead!

running very well done on your half. Very impressed.

My blip has been caused by cava and tapas. But god it was good!

I'm having the Hairy Bikers quick thai curry tonight and going to the gym.

And Mr BOOP is only half responsible for the title - though he's happy to take the credit!

Wish i could show you hot pt but too identifying.

QuimReaper · 02/05/2017 17:38

Ah, you've taken the mantle BOOP, well done! running does a long run cause water retention?

I love that open-back T-shirt Niki, I have something similar but it has a built-in bra which is not very effective so I don't get much use out of it Sad

QuimReaper · 02/05/2017 17:40

Mountain I meant to say that I am so, so terribly sorry about your Dad. That was me last month, it sounds like a similar situation. Flowers for you xxx

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 02/05/2017 18:07

Clara it takes about half an hour, so it's a fair distance. It would definitely be good exercise!

Congratulations on your whoosh Niki!

runningtogetskinny · 02/05/2017 18:09

Hi, I think it is something to do with muscles holding onto water Quim, also if they're damaged it's part of the repair process - it was a hilly run in Keswick so probably took it out of me! But, I refuelled on prosecco and a 3 course meal (plus lots of sweets) so might be more to do with that Blush

claraschu · 02/05/2017 18:21

I just ate dinner, and I am not going to eat again tonight. Maybe writing this down will shame me into making it come true (normally I keep nibbling).

I find it hard not to nibble when I am around the house and not doing anything very absorbing...

Sunshineandlaughter · 02/05/2017 18:25

Clara go for a drink (preferably not alcoholic!) whenever you want to nibble -that's my new aim anyway! A cup of tea will be my new biscuits!

Sunshineandlaughter · 02/05/2017 18:28

And thanks for the welcome Smile
Need to get serious this month so need all the support I can get!

Sunshineandlaughter · 02/05/2017 18:30

Ps I meant 'get a'drink not 'go for' Freudian slip - there is clearly a part of me desperate for wine!! I meant get a glass of squash or a cup of tea where you would otherwise snack

lastqueenofscotland · 02/05/2017 18:33

Good to have another runner on here!!

Been really golden all day and off for a 7 mile plod Smile

BeyondStrongAndStable · 02/05/2017 18:34

Oh gosh mountain, I'm so sorry Flowers I only speed read through to catch up :(

My casserole is smelling good now, I went with egg in a cup (1 egg, 30g cheese, 5g butter - microwaved) and then 200g of strawberries.

Just shy of hitting my step goal, so that will be done by sleep time though I am in bed now Reward chart is going well :)

leesmum · 02/05/2017 19:31

So sorry for you and your family Mountain

I've been quite good today, just over 20,000 steps, 1,100 cals and 2 litres of water....so hungry now but I've come upstairs and started sorted through clothes in my wardrobe to stop myself from eating!!
Keep up the good work ladies, I love to hear how people are doing things differently to me, it's good to mix things up a bit Smile
