4 stones losers - anyone with me?

I'm 5'8" (well a quarter short - 5'7 3/4) and currently 192 pounds. Two years ago, I was 167. I feel so fat.

Anyone with me? I hope to be at least 2 stones less by July (my birthday).

Hi, I'm fine. I've been in Arizona for a few days, been relatively good, although menus aren't wonderful for non meat eaters over there!

I'm off to Bramham tomorrow, just for dressage day. Am a bit fed up, we usually always camp and it's my favourite, the campsite is right on the Xc course. Then helping with the Whit Friday band contests on Friday, which is good, I usually walk 12 miles doing that!

I need to get going with my horses too, they're as fat and unfit as me!

Hope you enjoyed Bramham! Watched the cross country today on live stream and it looked a tough track!
I've had a great week on the diet front and lost all bar 1lb of the two week holiday blow out weight! Only 6 lbs to go to hit the 4 stone mark. Pushing it to do it in the next two weeks before I head out to Monaco again to watch the Global Champions Tour show jumping, but have no socials planned, plus 4 days of 5 mile hikes scheduled in, so it's a doable if a rather stretching target!! My next aim after that is to get into a weight starting with 11.

Oh well done, that's good that it's nearly off already. Is it the Jane plan you're doing? How does that work if you want a strict week?

Yes what I saw of Bramham was good. I watched some of the live screening too, it looked good. It's always a tricky course if it rains.

I've had a funny week. I've eaten v healthily some days, and not so healthily over the weekend, walked over 8 miles on thurs and Friday, but also drunk a lot of alcohol, and then had a good dose of food poisoning to round it up on Sunday. My scales have been all over the place! One day up 5lbs, the next down 2lbs, so I've put it down as a stay the same - i think it will even up next week. Id love to be down 6lbs in the next two weeks too, but don't seem to get big losses on this plan - it's a slowly but surely plod in the right direction, it seems.

Jane plan works brilliantly as long as I don't stray off the path into the wine at the weekend. Basically I eat breakfast, lunch (soup or salad) and dinner with extra veg or salad. Averages between 1000-1200 cals a day. Even with one bad day a week I still lose. It's if I have two a week it means I stay the same or only lose half a pound, so it will be great to do that once I reach target! Trouble is, I have a lot planned in summer which is making it difficult at the moment. I'm not stressed by it however and have given myself a year to lose 4 stone.

Yes that's my general target, and I think it will take that, perhaps a tad more, but I'm pleased overall. I have a very unusual lifestyle with the flying and constant hotel stays and nights out of bed, and this is the easiest thing I've found that works with it all.
