I defo need a sports bra: DD knockers!

It's black my sports bra that I'd wear.

FreeNiki · 27/02/2017 11:53

Or i have a pink bra too.

ArseyTussle · 27/02/2017 12:16

Hhm, in that case I'd say go aqua. It's a really nice top.

Naughtysausage · 27/02/2017 13:27

That's lovely! Aqua gets my vote.

I lost another 0.5kg. So that's a total of 1.5kg or 3.3lbs.

Not bad.

It is pancake day tomorrow though Wink

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 27/02/2017 15:28

Niki I like the purple best!

I'm having a fast day today, it's going ok but I am really hungry. I also need to pop to the supermarket on the way home from work which could be dangerous...

I won't have time to make pancakes tomorrow, so we are going to be having shrove Saturday instead of Tuesday Grin

ponygirlcurtis · 27/02/2017 16:00

Purple for me too Niki. getitgetitgetit! I like a little gym crush, makes things more interesting. Wink

Fantastic losses and NSVs around - I love reading about them.

Hope the holidayers are having a good time. Diets can wait. Smile

willhazboz · 27/02/2017 16:24

Niki I like the purple best but depends on your skin tone really. Aqua is nice too but I lean towards the purple because the aqua wouldn't suit me!
You sound much more upbeat and at least you have a crush on someone in the gym not the pub...could be a diet disaster!

FreeNiki · 27/02/2017 16:37

Purple seems to be winning. I am very pasty white and pale in terms if skin.

lastqueenofscotland · 27/02/2017 17:07

Niki I am alabaster!! And would go for the aqua myself... Or get two Grin

ArseyTussle · 27/02/2017 18:00

Didn't you say the purple was out of stock?

Stellar67 · 27/02/2017 18:04

I like the aqua. I need sleeves on my gym kit. Not worked my bingo wings enough.

I did not go swimming tonight. I was just too tired after work and needed a large coffee and offload in cafe while DCs swam.

I'm having a Chinese for dinner, no noodles, just loads of extra veg.

I'm also going to attempt banana and egg pancakes tomo. Instead of flour, has anyone tried those?

lastqueenofscotland · 27/02/2017 18:10

We need a title for the march thread no?

ArseyTussle · 27/02/2017 18:14

Indeed. BOOP our Brown Owl has taken her eye off the ball with all this holiday nonsense.

ponygirlcurtis · 27/02/2017 18:26

Marching onwards and downwards?

FreeNiki · 27/02/2017 18:43

Purple is out of stock online but as it happens my local store doesnt have them at all. A bit reticent about buying it without trying it on. It appears to be new so no hurry.

Having salmon and rice/quinoa tonight as was naughty at lunch.

Squiffy01 · 27/02/2017 18:59

Not the golden day I was hoping for, I have got to start cooking revolting things for the children so I stop bloody picking at it. I am still within calorie count though.

What's everyone's plan for March? Any changes? I think my goal is to lose 4lbs as I've got a weekend in Venice and my 30th birthday at the end of the month.
Ive been so off track this month I have just been gaining and losing the same thing so I really want to have a good March. I will start the 30 day shred and attempt the gym more.
With food I've just got to stop snacking as my meals are generally healthy.

Squiffy01 · 27/02/2017 19:08

I have a wedding in April that I have got a dress for but have no idea what type of shoes to go (don't want heals) or what colour if I should wear jewellery. Any fashionistas on here if I post a photo of it?

Millie04 · 27/02/2017 19:42

Squiffy I've found it so much harder to control my diet since having children. Meal times aren't a massive problem as I'm veggie and they eat meat so I often cook a different version of what they're having unless it's a fish or meat free meal. It's all the other stuff like freshly made carrot cake baked by daughter at weekend and Percy pigs and biscuits in the cupboard! Nightmare for someone like me who has little willpower! However on the plus side my two angels like the active side of life and this gives me the chance to fit in a run or swim usually once or twice during the week! I keep thinking I'm going to be a really fit 50 year old when they'll be in their later teens! This is a photo of my run with daughter earlier today, she will be out running me soon though 😆🌈

YY post the dress Squiffy

ponygirlcurtis · 27/02/2017 21:03

What a gorgeous pic, Millie. How old is your DD? My DS is 11, have taken him on a run with me only once, must do it again.

Let's see the dress Squiffy - I have a wedding to go to in May so looking for outfit inspiration.

FreeNiki · 27/02/2017 21:04

Lets see the dress 👗

lastqueenofscotland · 27/02/2017 21:11

Fairly golden day, had a huge dinner but did do 30000 steps...
