Morning all,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY hairspray!!! Have a fantastic one and lovely break away!

Well storm Doris didn't wake me up but it was sooooo windy walking to work, I am soaked through and totally windswept (brolly was useless and kept turning inside out) and I'm so embarrassed because someone really senior just pointed out to me that there was a leaf in my hair!!

I'm feeling goooood today! I had to weigh a day early cause I'm away tonight so no scales in the morning and I'm sooo happy because I've lost 1lb and am now in my target stone bracket? Wahoooo!

Chardonnay73 · 23/02/2017 08:46

Happy Birthday Hairspray!
Sorry I've been awol this week, a combination of having to log in every time I use mnet Angry - any ideas on how to get round that? It used to keep me logged in but now it won't, very frustrating!
And I've been keeping my head down doing a hybrid protein shake / WW combo that has got rid of 4 Linda's this week Grin
Just 2 to go to get to pre holiday target, an confident I can nail this next week, then keep going to have a bit in the bag for the cava drinking, prawn eating extravaganza that is Chard and Boop's holiday Smile
I won't lie, it's been brutal, but the end is in sight!!
Hope everyone stays safe on this horrible day, I've got to drive to ds1's Orthodontist appointment which involves the most horrible duel carriageway filled with HGV's, I shit myself on it all n a normal day, and I'm a confident driver, dreading it 😫

BitOutOfPractice · 23/02/2017 09:04

Teap well done on getting in that bracket. You're soooooo close! I didn't smirk about the leaf in your hair! No, no I didn't.

Have a very happy birthday hairspray. Hope it's a fab one Flowers

And Chard very well done. That was some steely determination you showed there. I love the sound of Chard 'n' BOOP. Sound like two characters from Benidorm 😃 (we go every year you know!)

Chardonnay73 · 23/02/2017 09:15

Well the Sol is basically the hotel from Benidorm 😂
Oooh I never told you - there was a report on trip advisor the other week that a male guest was caught 'pleasuring himself' in the main pool 😱😱😱😱
It's a quality hotel alright 😂

Happy Birthday Hairspray!

I haven't run for 3 days because of being away, so I have to do it today, but it's sooooooo windy and wet. We're (tiddly om pom pom) beside the seaside beside the sea here, so I'll have to find a convoluted route to try to avoid the worst of the wind.

BitOutOfPractice · 23/02/2017 09:44

Was it one of the Shotgate Two? Shock

Archduke · 23/02/2017 10:30

Back from my run. It was ACE! Get out there Arsey it may be wet and horrid but you'll feel better when you finish.

FreeNiki · 23/02/2017 10:56

Yeah there was one at 12:30 for circuits then I went out later for one at 7:15pm.

Diet is most of it however I do like that my back has lost the deep creases on it and my abs are firmer. Diet alone wouldn't have done that.

I am only doing pilates today.

Happy Birthday!

BitOutOfPractice · 23/02/2017 10:58

I've just walked down to the post box and nearly blew away!

Happy birthday Hairspray! Cake for you! (Don't you know cake has no calories when it's your birthday?)

Well done Teaping that is great!

Well, that was a disaster! I had to give up on the return leg, the wind was just too strong, I was pretty much running on the spot. So it ended up being a 6.8km run/walk.

Our neighbour's fence is down, and the signage for the caravan park down the road has blown away. Everyone's house still standing?

BitOutOfPractice · 23/02/2017 11:37

My conservatory is sounding a bit dodgy Arsey Shock

OP posts:
ArseyTussle · 23/02/2017 11:41

Oh lord, that sounds scary!

I have a very sore right nostril from the wind blasting up my nose so strongly from that side on the way home. Sad Grin

HairsprayBabe · 23/02/2017 11:47

I am very worried about my shed... it is held up mostly by will power.

Thank you for all the lovely birthday wishes Cake Wine and Gin for all!

FreeNiki · 23/02/2017 12:30

Hope you have a wonderful day hairspray!

It must have been premenstrual water weight disguising any weight loss. I am down 1kg today.

Down to 68.6kg and BMI down to 25.8 so nearly normal weight.

That's 3kg since mid January when I started.

Woo hoo.

BitOutOfPractice · 23/02/2017 12:38

We told you do Niki! You just had to keep the faith. Very well done indeed Star

Thank you! It does make you panic to see the scale go up but i get horribly bloated and my boobs get huge about a week before. No I know to avoid the scale when AF is due.

Having a rest day today just gentle pilates.

Stellar67 · 23/02/2017 13:05

Thanks all. I've been busy drawing a big line. It's a long road isn't it. Mines covered in lines!

Happy Birthday hairspray!

Well done those who braved the mighty Doris. We have snow here. So we are at home all day. I've been cleaning and drinking lots of water therefore also weeing.

I'm going to make a big mug of tea and sit and attempt some crochet while the dcs are watching films. I always attempt to crochet when we have a snow day, which isn't often, which is the reason I am not getting it.

What's everyone having for dinner? I thought tonight I'd try to make a March meal plan and be ultra organised.

ArseyTussle · 23/02/2017 13:32

No snow here, but I think there's a dead cow in the field opposite my house.

BitOutOfPractice · 23/02/2017 13:34

We are having chicken cordon bleu tonight. It's s bit of s busy one as exH and I are out at DD2's gcse options evening, DD1 is out at work and I need to get to the gym at some point
