Oh thanks Rachel, I’ll give that a go. I might try for 900 cals and then reduce down to 600, I hate feeling like I’m restricted. I go a bit mad on junk the next day to make up for it. Do you try and have meals or store them up for a big meal?

Pom I made a beer advent calendar for my DH last year and he loved it. So much so that he’s asked for it this year. It cost about 70 euro but was part of his present.

Green I’m the same with tight clothes. I had to take my winter coat out because it’s hot so cold here and I couldn’t zip the feckin thing up. And if I want to make it 13 stone by Christmas I have to lose 23lbs 🙈🙈🙈

But yesterday I was better at not eating and I had a homemade takeaway pizza with the kids and no snacks in the evening. Which I think is the first time that’s happened in years.

I got all the names arseways in that post because I can’t scroll back and had to rely on my memory. Apologies all. Halloween Blush

Sorry I haven't had chance to go through the rest of my toiletries yet.

Went to get DS and DD boots today and feel like I need a lie down now !

Sol sometimes I do 800 cals, I think anything less than 1000 is good !
On Friday I skipped breakfast, had greek yog and fruit for lunch and chicken and salad for dinner. Probably had about 150 cals of chocolate to keep me going.

I am going to have a look at the site you linked Green
Hope work is better soon Rachey Shall we have a strict week?
We need a new thread very soon !

Morning all,

I'm cutting out carbs this week as I tried my dress on for Thursday and I look so bloated.

I have Spanx but they make me look bigger Sad

Whom does the best shapewear? That's reasonable?

Your dress is amazing!

If you’re not too sure about Spanx definitely stick to protein and water for the next while. I find Spanx compress the fat on my arse and make it look bigger and flatter. I often dream of cutting the bum cheeks bit out so I look more balanced.

I’m sure you can buy shape wear specifically for your waist, but I’ve never worn any so I have no recommendations.

I have eaten so many sweets over Halloween. But I will start again tomorrow.

Rachey that dress is really lovely and you look great. I have never got on that well with shape wear, I also find my flab bulges to of the top Blush

I've not been that good either this week Sol and out for bonfire night tomorrow. I had lost a lb on Mondays weigh in.

How are you Green ?
We need a new thread soon....

I’m feeling quite down about how big I am. I saw a pic of me and it was awful. I’m so fat and bloated. I don’t look like me anymore.

So 5:2 diet for me for the time being. I’m just really struggling and this seems like the most straight forward diet that will fit in to my schedule.

I hope everyone is getting on better than me.

I came on to post exactly the same Sol I hope you feel better soon. It's really difficult, especially when you are so busy.

Obviously this week has been a dieting disaster, I cannot find any motivation. FB wedding pictures caused lots of upset yesterday.
Had a little cry about it this morning, but I'm feeling more determined now. I've loads to lose but I need to do it for my health really.

Rachey I love your dress. Sainsbury's do good shapewear. The Gok stuff is very good and quite cheap. Did you enjoy Thursday?

Well done on the loss Pom. I liked your third suggestion for thread titles ( I think it was the 3rd, they were all good though)

Hope you are all having a nice weekend.

Morning all,

sol and green and pom I think it's about 7 weeks till xmas shall we keep our heads down and try and lose 7lb?

I don't want to think I can lose more, as I have centre parcs nxt week.

sol I'm sorry your feeling down. I too like you and green haven't been sticking to a plan.

pom I need so of your motivation.

I thought I looked good in my dress, but I saw a picture side view when I didn't realise it was being taken and I didn't look my best. I need to put my head down after nxt week. We can all motivate each other? I haven't been to the gym in two weeks and I'm really missing it.

I'm in Brighton this weekend so on Monday you will find me posting my meal plans

I’m sorry you were upset Green. It’s so depressing isn’t it? And yet I seem unable/unwilling to do anything about it. I had a disaster of a week in every way so I’m just drawing a line under it and moving on, I need a big kick up the arse.

Rachey you look great in your dress, I’m also loving your kitchen in that pic Smile, I’m definitely on for losing 7lbs for Christmas. Can you make time this week to go back to the gym?

Good luck on your weigh in today Pom. How was your week last week? We definitely need a new thread. I can set one up if everyone is ok with that?

I PM’s you Pom, well I tried to , did it work? This app seems to be rubbish for it. I tried running the desktop version on my phone but it’s so slow.

Is everyone getting ready for Christmas? I’ve nearly finished the kids stuff after buying up a load of bargains on Amazon over the weekend.

Sorry for all the posts. But I have a plan.

Fast two days a week and stick to weight watchers pro points for the rest of the time. It’ll stop me going crazy on non-Fast days which I think is going to be a massive problem.

Any title suggestions for a new thread? I like Poms ones.

Morning !
Rachey you look great Smile
Sorry you've both been feeling down Sol and Green. Let's have some strict weeks (I'm avoiding the scales after being totally rubbish last week).
I didn't get a pm Sol. Try again when you get a mo.
I'll be back later!
Ps yes to new thread. What are we going for?!

Morning.

If you could start a new thread that would be great Sol. I liked all the title suggestions.

I'm up for being strict this week. It was freezing this morning and my coat is well beyond the point of zipping up. It's okay when it's sunny, but I'm sure the bad weather will start soon so it's sort of gave me a kick up the bum!

I like your plan Sol. I hope you are feeling better.
I read your post from 4:52am(how early!?) and it's exactly what I do too. The more down/depressed I feel the less motivated I get.

Anyway apart from my coat not zipping up I'm started to get worried about future health issues. So I need to get weight off for that reason more than anything.
Gastric bypass surgery is VERY popular in my area and it's not something that I want to end up having to consider (does that make any sense?)

I'm not got to weigh myself either Pom! Just hoping to feel less bloated by the end of the month and work towards better eating habits.

The dress looks great Rachey. I don't think many people look good from the side!

I think I'm quite prepared with Christmas shopping Sol. I need to have a proper look at the DC stuff (I'm trying to be very strict this year!) got quite a few bits for DH. Almost sorted for my nieces, just some adult gifts to buy. Amazon is amazing though, I hate going to the shops now! I need a trip to the Metrocentre for a couple of things, I'll be avoiding it next month.

I've posted a picture of a few more beauty bits.
The Laura Geller is a Baked Bronze -N-Brighten in medium (unused)
I've tried the Benefit primer , the other one hasn't been opened.
Gucci perfume is too Floral for me.
Would you still like the mascara Pom (Rollerlash?) and Rachey?
