Gah didn't lose but I wasn't expecting to as hadn't really tried ! I've a very sociable week so I'm not optimistic fur next Monday either !
All day meeting today (with catering) and dinner this evening. Office lunch out on Wednesday and friends staying for the weekend (making banoffee pie).
I accidentally puchased a bag too.

pom sound like a great week to me at least you stayed the same. I've put on, I'm not shocked, stuffed my face and haven't been to the gym as much. Going to attempt to fast today (wish me luck)

Potty training is a nightmare Rachey. He sounds like he doing quite well though?
DD2 is still pooing in a potty. It's been a very slow process. She wore nappies for bed until the summer too. Must be some sort of Karma, DD1 was brilliant at it and I just thought it was my great parenting skills (how wrong was I?)

Hi all. Sorry for not posting, I've been up to my ears with work and the kids. I've taken on extra hours and I just seem to be chasing my tail at the moment.

I'm still fat. Probably even fatter due to the fact I just ate an enormous bag of crisps. I just can't seem to stay motivated. I'm fine for a day or two and then it falls to pieces, but I really want a stone gone by Christmas so that's my goal.

Thanks so much for the offer Pom but I think it would cost you a fortune to send stuff here. I wonder if there's a way I could pay it?

We had a pre halloween party with friends. Normally not that bothered but DC enjoyed.

Green & Sol lets lose something by Christmas, we will feel better for it. I have a dress from last year I'd like to get back into, so really needs to lose around 1/2 stone to be comfortable.

Would anyone like these mascaras? They are unused. I have so many sample sized mascaras, but usually wear water proof.

Trying to have a clearout to distract myself from food. DC are fighting over a box.

8 weeks till Christmas, we can definitely lose a stone.

I'm feeling really guilty because I ordered the Liberty advent calendar.
I have far too many cosmetics, I have no idea why I thought I should buy it. Plus the cost is making me feel bad too.
I might just try to use up the Exante I have for the next month to justify it. Plus I need to run down the freezer so I won't need to buy any meat .

I've also got this L'Oréal palette (Palette Nude Rose). Not used.

I’m on Day 3 of only eating dinner. I read a thread on fasting and loads of people were doing it and had great results. So I’m giving it a go. So far it’s been very easy and I’ve been distracting myself with cleaning and decluttering. And then reward myself with a lovely dinner. I’m not sure how I’ll do at the weekend though, I always run amok at the weekend.

The Liberty calendar looks amazing. I don’t blame you for getting it Green. Did you get it last year too?

Pom what is your goal weight by Christmas? Should we all write ours out so we can stick to it?

My goal weight is 13 stone. Which is still massive.

I'm doing well on not buying extra clutter/Christmas presents for the dc. I completely avoided Sainsbury's toy sale too (normally I buy loads of unnecessary stocking fillers)

I won't post a goal weight for Christmas, I'm too embarrassed. Honestly I don't recognise myself anymore.

Yes I had the liberty last year. Packaging is fab! and I was pretty pleased with the contents. I will probably get he M&S one as well I have still got the box from last years and planning to do an advent for DH. Any ideas gladly received.

I am 11.10 which is 2lbs heavier than I was when we started 6 years ago... and 9lbs heavier than my lowest weight this year.
I'd like to be 11stone by Christmas and then lose another stone post. 13 stone is not massive Sol Well done on fasting, decluttering and cleaning. I think I'll also join in with you and Green
That was supposed to say don't feel bad Green I really hope you enjoy it. You can focus on a stone and ignore the numbers.

Condiments/olives/ snacks from the supermarket.

Coffee beans or teabags? (Nice ones of course!)

I kind of screwed up my fast day yesterday by having 3 biscuits. I was thinking I might try intermittent fasting, y’know since I’ve done every other bloody diet. How many cals can you have on a fast day?

Sorry haven't been about, I'm so busy and stressed with work. I will be better this time next week.

Needless to say I have been comfort eating and not exercising so I'm guessing my weight has risen back up.

sol well done on a fast day, 3 biscuits isn't bad. It depends I normally have 500 cals or 800 cals
