I have yoyoed with the same stone since the beginning of last year. Getting fed up now but need some motivation to stick with it. Anyone else in the same boat? I'm so near yet so far!

Will be weighing in tomorrow and posting all food eaten. Feel free to join me!

Had scrambled eggs and a latte for breakfast this morning. Am armed with fruit. Beef stew and green veg for dinner. Determined not to mess up today and set off a weekend of bad eating!

Aw twinkle just like one day of good rating doesn't mean you'll lose weight, one day of 'bad' eating doesn't mean you've ruined it. Back on the horse today.

Ive had a hot cross bun for breakfast. Got soup planned for lunch and stir fry for dinner. All good. Just need to resist the lure of the macaroon in the cupboard calling to me...

Had a good few days & resisted the biscuits today when I really wanted one– very pleased with myself! Star
Homemade chicken & spinach curry tonight & brown rice, have just had 3 celebrations with a cup of tea & that needs to be it!!!!!!
Still not exercising enough- am finding that really hard, how are you all managing it?

I've had an extra two biscuits but that is it. Not brill but not horrendous. As for exercise, this is my sticker chart. Oh dear

Can I join you ladies I have 4 weeks to shift a stone before my spa weekend which requires a swimsuit!

Lots of soup. Much less bread.

Weighing in at 9 stone 2 and measuring 29 waist, 36 hips 22 thigh.
I have a tiny frame so there is a ring of blubber around my waist, never mind pinch an inch it's a flipping handful.

I was just popping in to say hello too.

I had a separate thread about being stuck on a plateau, and the advice there (despite me kicking and screaming) got me through it and moving downwards again.

I now have 7lbs to what I think of as my tier 1 target (will be squarely healthy weight) but 1 stone to my tier 2 target (where I really want to be, and haven't been since pre-DC)

It's beginning to look achievable for this summer. And I want to get there.

Basic approach is eating less. Very low calorie during the day, then ordinary family meal in the evening but with greater care over portion size. Wine only at weekends (usually) and no spirits. TGIF takeaway gone, perhaps have one a month.

Hi AuntieStella I'll have to have a look at your thread as I'm pretty much stuck myself. After two weeks of dieting I'm just half a pound lighter although I was expecting to be even heavier when I got weighed this morning as I had dinner out last night. (I'd lost 1.5 pounds a week ago so I've gained a good pound)

I have nothing planned for the next few weeks to I aim to stick to about 1000 cals a day and try to have more protein in my meals, I have next to none a the moment.

I have quite a few Jillian dvds so I'm going to dust them off and try to up my exercise which has been nonexistant lately. I don't think it has a huge impact on losing weight for me but it helps me keep me make better food choices somehow.

I completed the shred, ran and managed to eat around 1500 calories ( which is not bad as we went out for lunch)

Really annoying, typed a huge post but it disappeared! Grr.

Anyway, I got weighed this morning, worse than what I thought, 148 pounds. Eek. So I've ten to lose.

Given myself a good talking too, this can't get out of hand, I lost a lot of weight last year and felt good at 135/7 ish.

Had Greek yogurt, fruit and eggs for breakfast, salad and chilli for lunch.

Dinner will be homemade chicken, lentil and veg curry, no rice for me.

Was looking at the boot camp threads, not planning on doing it but wanted to remind myself of the rules.

Not done too badly so far today. I didn't have breakfast but had salmon and green veg for lunch, some fruit later on. I have a 400 cal meal and a bottle of wine to share with dh for tonight.

I dusted off my Jillian dvds and did killer buns and thighs this morning. I don't think it burns a huge amount of calories but I was a sweaty, shakey mess by the end so think it does some good!

According to a quick Google search killer buns and tights burns around 350 calories. Which is not bad. I think excercise makes me a bit more aware of overeating.

Hi everyone, I haven't been logging as strictly as usual the last few days but it has been DD birthday so will power has been needed!
Weighed myself this morning and I was 9st 13.8lbs!! I can't tell you how happy I am to see a 9 on the scales Grin Clearly it is still precariously close to 10 but that is fine. Am planning on 5 very good days and hopefully I can be 9 12.something by Friday.
Keep it up everyone, I know it is slow towards the end but it does come off eventually...

I weighed in one pound lighter today and I'm very happy with that, I'd like to see an 8 at the start of my weight.

I've done the shred again today and a short run. Mentally I am in the zone, I just need to stay there!!!

Calories around 700 so far, including lunch. I did a healthy shop today so he fridge is heaving with veg and salad, I didn't buy any junk food, except ice cream for the children. ( I don't like ice cream)
Feeling good.

Had a couple of glasses of wine last night but all in all yesterday wasn't too bad food wise.

Planning on trying to stick to 1500 cals per day, only one carby meal per day which will probably be lunch as work in a restaurant so difficult to avoid.

Been pretty active today easily got 10,000 steps on the Fitbit and eating not too bad consudering we were out for lunch. Except I made Mary berry's honeycomb ice cream. It's bloody good. Oh dear it's like necking double cream and sugar. Totally lush though!

Haven't weighed myself today, but I already feel lighter - got my almonds and apples for snacks, had Greek yogurt, apple sauce, dusting of HM granola for brekkie.

Lunch will either be soup and roast lamb (with veg, no spuds, rice etc) or maybe a soup and a salad.

Thank you, I've had a good day today about 1200 calories and I've burnt 500 with exercise.
I've had grumbling hunger pains all day but I keep trying on the swimming costume to remind myself not to eat😄
