I have yoyoed with the same stone since the beginning of last year. Getting fed up now but need some motivation to stick with it. Anyone else in the same boat? I'm so near yet so far!

Will be weighing in tomorrow and posting all food eaten. Feel free to join me!

Bad day here too. All good until 5pm then one of the mini honks punched the other one in the face while I was trying to get littlest honk down for a nap. Cue much crossness from me followed by much emotional eating. Grrrrrr am now cross with myself.

SquadGoals · 29/02/2016 20:20

Not weighed for 2 weeks and I'm down to 70kg. 6kg to my goal weight and then see how I look/feel. I definitely won't go below 60kg.

Happy with that. I was 79kg at the start of December and 70kg now. Amazing to think I was carrying around 20lbs extra just three months ago.

Twinklestar2 · 29/02/2016 21:27

Well done squad!

Hinky - we start again tomorrow Smile

I'm down a pound Smile

And had a lovely little morale boost yesterday when I bought new jeans, same make one size down, and was comfortably in them (only buying cheap/lower mid range clothes at the moment, in hope for more changes).

Twinklestar2 · 01/03/2016 13:10

Well done Stella!

Spent all morning resisting croissants in the office but couldn't take it anymore and had one!

Salad for lunch!

Well done stalls, nothing better than going down a size.

I'm on target today, I've completed the shred and power walked 3 miles. Calories so far 800. Just need a 400 calories meal to stay on target.

No weight loss but lost a bit on the tape measure😄

Millymollymoo8 · 01/03/2016 14:24

Stella even...sorry.

Twinklestar2 · 01/03/2016 15:58

Good work Milly!

Had a lovely chicken salad for lunch and even nicer cause my friend paid for it Smile

Sounds like everyone's doing great.

So yesterday I had roast lamb and veg for lunch - and then a ham and cheese sandwich because the portion of lamb was so bloody small!

Then had sausage, sweet potato mash and broccoli for dinner, not the best but still only small portion mash and lots of broccoli. Sausages were awesome Grin

Loads of water and weak herbal tea.

AuntieStella · 01/03/2016 16:12

I did have a moment of weakness yesterday with a packet of a Hula Hoops.

But as what I plan to eat comes in under the amount I want to consume (to allow for errors in portion size) I don't think I've derailed myself. Hope not, anyhow.

fadingblonde1 · 01/03/2016 17:09

Everyone seems to be doing really well :)

I was at work yesterday, got in late and had roasted pork with jacket potato. H made it so I don't know how calorific it was but I'd had about 650 before then so hopefully I haven't gone too far over my 1000 a day target.

Had a load of stuff to sort out today so had a cereal bar for breakfast, some bread sticks for a snack, and a biscuit (about 300 calories). I've just had fish with oven chips for tea (H made it again) not sure how bad that is. The fish was about 250 cals but I'd guess the chips were at least as much. I always eat more in the evening so I'll have to be careful or today will be a right off.

Millymollymoo8 · 01/03/2016 18:45

I ate a bit more, ended up on 1400 but that's still good as I burnt off 500 in exercise.
There is chocolate calling me, I'm trying to ignore it!

Moore4 · 01/03/2016 19:09

Hi, reading through this thread I felt inspired and could relate to a lot of what's been said, would it be ok to join in? I've got a 3 under 5s, never really lost the weight after each pregnancy and weighed myself the other day and got a shock! I feel as though I've gotten used to the larger me, though would really like to get back to somewhere close to my normal weight, just under 10st. I'm very active and the weight is dropping off slowly, though something like this would help with my determination and keeping me away from the confectionery section in the supermarketBiscuitBlush

AuntieStella · 01/03/2016 20:09

"keeping me away from the confectionery section in the supermarket"

online shopping?

Millymollymoo8 · 01/03/2016 20:25

Welcome Moore!

Online shopping is a good idea, I bought lots of fruit to substitute nice sugary things. Crisps are my weakness though, they can be my Friday treat.

Twinklestar2 · 01/03/2016 21:01

Welcome Moore!

I went for a half hour run! Feel pleased with today Smile

hinkyhonk · 01/03/2016 22:04

Made it through the day sticking to 1200 cals and actually don't feel too bad. Which means that my crap eating is emotional or boredom related...

Mfp has seduced me with the projection that is everyday were like today, I'd be 9st 3 in 5 weeks which would be amazing since I've lost 4lbs in the last 5 weeks but been static for the last 2 and a half.

Weighing in tomorrow and will report back to keep me honest. Just got to rack up the days like today. I can do it, I can do it (and repeat)

NewYearNewNickname · 01/03/2016 23:52

Wow sounds like everyone is doing really well Grin Fairly good start to the week food wise plus did a body attack class this eve so feeling positive. Think I may start weighing fortnightly from now on as I don't want to get disheartened by very small losses. Also need to measure myself again as haven't done that since the start of the year and I have had several comments over the last week or so from people who don't know that I have been trying to lose weight so am reasonably sure there will be some cm loss too.
Like oldlaundbooth said KOKO everyone!

Millymollymoo8 · 02/03/2016 06:57

Well done everyone, twinkle is there a star on your chart?

I lost another pound! Yippee I'm a smidge under 9. Can't tell you how happy that makes me. There is less fat around the middle I can really see a difference with how toned I am. ( the shred rocks)

Have a good day everyone.

hinkyhonk · 02/03/2016 07:25

I need to shred. My chart is very bare. I just can't seem to get motivated to do it. I'm cross with myself

Millymollymoo8 · 02/03/2016 08:27

It's only 20 mins and only 15 is actual exercise, just do a easy version of it a few times and it gets easy.
Do you work? I find it easier to do in the morning.

I've lost an inch off my waist after only 5 sessions...if that motivates you? 😄

hinkyhonk · 02/03/2016 10:49

I'm currently on maternity leave with 3m old DS3 and have two other DS who are 4 and 6. Might explain where my time goes!

I've done shred before and it was really effective so I know it works and fast but between feeds, naps, school run, preschool runs, making lunch/tea, dealing with brother squabbles, changing nappies, washing and not losing my mind/sense of self just finding it a bit tricky.

It can be done and I think earlier in the day the better. Just need to get my arse in gear! Still I'm a lb down today on last week. Will do my measurements in a min and do my best to get some sessions in this week.
