I have yoyoed with the same stone since the beginning of last year. Getting fed up now but need some motivation to stick with it. Anyone else in the same boat? I'm so near yet so far!

Will be weighing in tomorrow and posting all food eaten. Feel free to join me!

This morning I weigh 9St 7 so this time next week I really will be closer to 9 St than 10 everything crossed now as I'm really getting sick of myself and the lose one gain one Grin

AuntieStella · 03/06/2016 09:10

I couldn't wait until the weekend, and weighed myself this morning. Another 1lb gone!

I am now into the home straight of attacking a last 7lbs. I'm begging to believe this can be achieved before the summer hols!

DD and I will be using the last day of half term to go bikini shopping (for both of us). I haven't worn one since before first pregnancy!

lougle · 03/06/2016 09:11

I've been up and down between 63kg and 63.3kg over the last week. I have been over my calories, too, so can only blame myself! Grin I need to find some discipline again.

AuntieStella · 04/06/2016 09:48

Shall I be Miss Whiplash for you? What sort of discipline do you respond to???

I weighed again today, and it was lower than yesterday, which makes it a 2lb loss this week. I need new jeans, and new bras!

I don't think I'll be making food errors this weekend, but am planning on seeing a dear friend later today so there wil, be quite a lot of booze calories.

lougle · 04/06/2016 23:38

Congratulations! You are my conscience! I was back under goal today. I resisted the ice-cream that the rest of the family had this afternoon. I can do this!

AuntieStella · 04/06/2016 23:50

I've had gin rather than food.

See you tomorrow - possible headache permitting. Hic!

hinkyhonk · 05/06/2016 17:45

Excellent choice!

readyforsunshine · 08/06/2016 11:44

I'm back! Had a pretty awful time the last few weeks but feeling better now & strong enough to tackle the weight. Weighed in at 10.5 this am, first target 10 stone, final target 9.7. I have a party in July which I'm hoping will focus me a bit, then a holiday in August. Time will be tight to reach target by then but hey ho.
Well done to all of you for sticking to it, keep up the good workSmile

lougle · 08/06/2016 11:58

I got my act together after last week. Weighed in at 62.4 kg today.

anothermadamebutterfly · 08/06/2016 17:20

Hi everybody, back after a long absence, lougle congratulations, your progress is really amazing. Good to see so many people sticking to it.

Had a busy few weeks, with visitors and other stuff, I have been moderately careful about what I have been eating, but not overly so, and have been running quite regularly (3 times a week on average) and really enjoying it, am signed up for a 10km race in the summer and a half-marathon in the autumn.

Weighed myself again today for the first time in several weeks, and I am exactly the same as a few weeks ago, 9 st 13 lbs. Which I am actually very pleased about as it gives me hope that I will be able to maintain my new weight rather than just pile it all on again once my eye is off the ball.

So now for stage two: new target of 9 st 4 lbs, so a loss of 9 lbs. Ideally by the beginning of August, which is when we are going on holiday. That adds up to a bit more than 1 lb / week, which should really be possible.

lougle · 08/06/2016 21:00

Welcome backSmile

AuntieStella · 12/06/2016 16:13

Well done with the progress!

I've had a STS week. Which is OK. But as I'm another who is hoping for more progress before the summer hols (which are getting pretty close now)

hinkyhonk · 13/06/2016 11:39

I've stated the same too but not put on and to be honest have relaxed a little with food. But on a positive note that should mean I can maintain when I reach target - right. Need to kick off those couple of pounds to reach my first target by the end of the month. Hmm he custard creams I ate are not going to help are they?

Twinklestar2 · 13/06/2016 21:43

Hello all! I've been MIA as I've been on holiday. Had a lovely time but back on it today.

Menu was

Fruit and fibre and skimmed
Chicken and roasted veg with quinoa and salad
Chilli and rice
Fruit

Snacked on a couple of biscuits and a freddo - easing myself back on gently Grin

I've just bought a pair of size 10 jeans from Top Shop!

Sorry to brag, but that was quite a shock. Pleasant one, but still a shock!

Twinklestar2 · 14/06/2016 21:41

Yay AuntieStella! Not bragging at all, I'd be shouting it from the rooftops!

Menu

Fruit and fibre and skimmed

Beef noodle soup for lunch

Dinner was chicken fried rice with lots of veg

Snacked on a handful of crisps, mullerlight and fruit

I'd love to join the thread. Between July last year and now I've lost just over two stone and could probably lose up to another stone. It's become really bloody difficult though! Just thoroughly sick of stopping myself all the time. I just want to be able to eat and not think! Which I kind of can, in a way, if I'm exercising regularly enough and don't go completely overboard... but the running has reduced to once a week or so right now. Should pick up again now because I've just started to get my asthma properly dealt with... so exciting times. Must - keep - pushing!

lougle · 14/06/2016 23:15

Congrats AuntieStella! Welcome Smillas.

I've had some size 10 trousers that I bought months ago then didn't fit, sat in a cupboard. I tried them on a couple of weeks ago and voila. I also went to Debenhams and they had jeans on sale for £9!! Size 10 fit like a dream.

Twinklestar2 · 15/06/2016 08:35

Welcome Smilia! Can def relate to your post Smile

Please do brag away, auntie, I love some positive vibes! And lougle, what is your secret? Hi smilla, welcome to the thread. Your name gets me thinking about Gabriel Bryne, nice thoughts for a rainy Thursday morning.

At work now, but will weigh myself tomorrow and report back, I think this week has been going well, I have been running regularly in spite of the rain.

I want to have your food, twinkle, if all sounds so good (except the yoghurt covered fruit pieces, which I can't stand).

Hope the week has gone well for everybody else!

Twinklestar2 · 17/06/2016 10:35

Argh bad day yesterday but I rejoined the gym and went for a half hour run to make up for it!

hinkyhonk · 17/06/2016 12:55

Still heading downwards 9st 1.4 today and day 9 of level 3 of the shred. I'm not sure I've lost many cm but I have developed muscles and toned for sure. People have been commenting on my bouncing back to pre baby figure so I must be doing something right! Only a little to go before I hit the 8s!

anothermadamebutterfly · 17/06/2016 16:39

Well done hinky, and get yourself to that gym twinkle.
For me, 9 stone 13 lbs today, same as last week (and two weeks before that). But I am still hoping that another whooosh is imminent.
