Can't believe we've had to start a new thread already!

I'm on plan today and feeling good about it, this weight will go down! Still 10'13 this morning, not too disappointed. Hoping it'll go down with a good sleep or two over the weekend!

Fingers crossed you stay there Not2

It was so good, pulled pork, onions and cheese. I'm still full now! Definitely worth it Grin

Low calorie day tomorrow, last minute before rush before flying Friday. Will have my bar and soup from slim and save for breakfast and lunch and then bacon and eggs for dinner that need using before I go.

Friday will be slightly different, poached eggs on toast for breakfast with the left over bacon and then lunch and dinner will be while I'm travelling to the airport, it's going to be a long day!

Well done everyone for sticking to plans today! I'm finishing up on 1228, and earnt 290 calories from exercise today too. According to MFP when I completed my entry tonight, if every day were like that, in five weeks I'd be whole stone lighter! Heartening because it means 8lbs is definitely doable!! Right, last cups then off to bed before I eat anything else!

JontyDoggle37 · 26/11/2015 05:52

I'm back. Another half a pound gone, now at 10.7, so that's half my goal for this week done! Whoop woop!!

Not2bObvious · 26/11/2015 08:48

Still 11.13.8 this morning, fingers x'ed! Soup day here (I'm going to refer to my fast days as this- might make them easier to do - a rebrand )

IMustEatMoreVeg · 26/11/2015 11:34

Not2 - that's really great. If you have a soup day today you will be even lower tomorrow

Jonty - you definitely have your mojo now! I am loving reading your posts just now - so inspiring!

I am down to 10st 8 exactly so I can get on with losing it now!

Not2bObvious · 26/11/2015 12:32

That's the hope imust, I'm actually doing a sponsored fast (I'm sponsoring myself haha) til 6pm - so charity wins and I win! Feeling ok so far, plenty of water. Delighted to hear you're back to 10.8, let the weight loss begin Grin

Not2bObvious · 26/11/2015 18:30

Fast done and dusted, money donated to charity. Very oddly I wasn't THAT hungry, most likely because I knew it was a once off. Anyway, have a small treat planned for later Grin How's everyone else doing?
Emz if you're reading have a fab time away, we'll miss you!

IMustEatMoreVeg · 26/11/2015 18:38

Fasting is fine, esp if you have a treat planned! I do it often if I am going out for dinner.

IMustEatMoreVeg · 26/11/2015 18:55

I'm going to be coming in nice and low today. I had a late breakfast, missed lunch and dinner is v healthy and low cal so under 700 for the day.

Emz449 · 26/11/2015 19:03

Thanks Not2! Don't know how you did that fast, enjoy your food this evening!

I weighed in at 10'2 this morning and that's it's for now! No more weighing myself for 19 days, the thought slightly terrifies me but I'm going to be making good choices and will make the most of it.

I'll miss chatting to you all! Will be very strange really, got used to writing down my ramblings! Hoping to see some good losses from you all when I'm back Wink

Have a great time Emz!!!!
So, one thing in proud of: just found myself with my head in the fridge and my hand reaching out towards food, when I suddenly straightened up and said "No! Urge surf, urge surf, it's only twenty minutes til dinner!" And I shut the fridge. And then got my phone out straight away, opened MFP and pressed 'Complete Entry' for today, so I'd know what weight I could be in five weeks if I didn't eat anything else. And I didn't eat anything else. Go me!
Also I had a really FANTABULOUS thought today. In January, when everyone else is going On a diet and moaning about how fat they are, we will all already be at, near or well on the way to our targets! And we can have at least a day of feeling slightly smugGrin

Not2bObvious · 26/11/2015 19:38

Well done imust, a day like that from time to time must definately help. Good urge surfing jonty, good point about not being miserable in January, I've had Decembers where I've gained a stone, I want to turn that right around. 19 days emz, you won't recognise us when you get back Grin

Emz449 · 26/11/2015 20:07

Ha I hope so Not2! Hope I can lose a few pounds so I'm not too far behind you.

Jonty that's a very good point. I hadn't thought of is like that. It'll have taken me a year to get to where I want by January and I have no intention of going back! Will be firmly tracking throughout December apart from Christmas Day Grin

OP posts:
JontyDoggle37 · 26/11/2015 21:26

I never eat loads Christmas Day - by the time I've cooked it all I'm a bit fed up with food, it's usually quite a small dinner for me! I never buy those big boxes of chocolates either, so it's quite easy to be fairly good over Christmas in our house unless the cheese and crackers gets opened

JontyDoggle37 · 27/11/2015 06:55

Me again! No loss this morning, but the scales did the Downward Shimmy so hopefully a bit more off tomorrow - need to make good choices today as probably out for lunch with a friend if she actually texts me! Have a good day everyone!

Not2bObvious · 27/11/2015 07:32

I need to avoid buying the tins of sweets, they are lethal! 11.13.4 today but that was after realising different parts of my floor measure different. I have a very complex weighing method I won't bore you with (briefly 2 scales, to be sure)
So anyway that means 2.2 pound down from last Friday. Very happy with that. Hope you get your lunch out jonty, I'm going to be focussing on good behaviour today, no wine as I really want to enjoy tomorrow's day/night away with no headache and plenty of cals saved!
Feel all skinny this morning, going to treat myself to a nice coffee on the way to work Grin Happy Friday all

IMustEatMoreVeg · 27/11/2015 08:58

No loss for me either, up 5/8 of a pound but ate less than 700 cal yesterday so clearly not a real gain.

I don't tend to gain weight at Christmas either. We tend not to buy loads of festive treats so December is not one long eating episode. Food wise tends to be just the actual Christmas dinner itself.

DH noticed my weight loss yesterday. Apparently I look 'lithe' GrinGrinGrin

Emz449 · 27/11/2015 10:08

Hi all! Just at the bus stop waiting for my bus to gatwick. My backpack is so heavy, one push and I'd never get back up I don't think! Hopefully I'll be able to stow some luggage in my boyfriends bag Grin

Very excited now, can't wait to get going and onto the plane. Had a hearty breakfast this morning and have a low calorie sandwich for the bus journey. All set!

IMustEatMoreVeg · 27/11/2015 10:12

Hi Emz have a fantastic time. We'll miss you! And such a great final weigh in yesterday!

Not2bObvious · 27/11/2015 11:12

Lithe, I like it imust. Sounds very cool. Have a ball emz!!

IMustEatMoreVeg · 27/11/2015 11:31

My exercise class teacher took me to one side this morning before class started to ask if I am okay as I have lost such a lot of weight. My BMI is 22 - hardly too low!

Not2bObvious · 27/11/2015 11:35

What weight did you start at imust? Maybe it's just the difference from that. How much more did you want to lose?
A bmi of 22 is amazing, do you want much lower?

IMustEatMoreVeg · 27/11/2015 13:46

13st 8 so yes it is a big difference. I think is I get to 10st I will be v happy (plus maybe a lb or two for wiggle room) and that will be 20.5 or so BMI. I'm happy already though to be honest. Never been this light ever!

JontyDoggle37 · 27/11/2015 15:01

IMust we are so close! I was 13.8 too, although 11lb was baby and fluid and I'm aiming for 10 or just under too!

Not2bObvious · 27/11/2015 15:53

Wow guys, 13.7 was my worst weight (sadly I started both my pregnancies at that weight and have revisited it a few times)
It's really encouraging to know you started where I was and look at you both now, closer to 10 than 11 easily. I'm excited about that happening for me. I'm trying not to let the old negative voices nag at me about all the failed attempts. My dream weight is 9.11 - I'm pretty sure it will only stay a weight so if I'm realistic 10.4, just into healthy bmi at that. Ran around like a blue arsed fly today, finally sitting down for an hour before I start prepping for dinner (with no wine...sob)
